I would like to adopt!
Number: 11
Picture:

Name: Jack
Species: Beagle X3
Personality: Jack is very accepting in almost every way. He doesn’t care what you like or where you’re from, or what you wear. He is comfortable doing whatever you’re doing unless there is something for him to follow with his nose. He is a beagle, and has instincts.
Likes: Balls, stuffed animals, following things (anything), eating, being around people, almost everything. :3
Dislikes: leashes and collars, being alone for long periods of time, spiders… not much else. He likes most things…
Background:
I was the only baby born that cold, bright night. My mother licked me clean and cared for me until I was two. Then, she died, right in front of my eyes under a car, and I felt sad. I was sad that she had died, I was mad that I had let her, I was scared that I might die that way, too.
And I felt alone.

I snarled, but they didn’t back down. They just laughed. I started getting worried. They were much bigger than I was. They leaped in perfect synchronization. And then it went black.

I looked up at her. She was so beautiful. She had a glowing gold halo and silvery wings Then I realized who she was. Am I dead? I asked my mother. Love, you must wake up. she told me You aren’t yet, but if you don’t run, you will be… then she disappeared. MOM! I yelled, but she was gone.

I opened my eyes. Two bright eyes looked at me and I screamed. She covered my mouth. Shut it, ya dumbnut. she snapped at me. I obeyed and stared at her. She was orange and she was definitely a cat. Who are you? I asked her, my voice muffled from her paw. She smiled. Taeser. She told me before prancing off. Wait! I called, running after her. Where did they go? I asked her, looking for them. We fought them off. she said as if it was completely obvious. We? I asked. Then he jumped from a building. He smiled as a fluff ball followed. WHOAAAAA!! screamed a voice, when a small kits hit Taeser on the back. It looked up and frowned. I told you you’re too heavy. a chick-a-dee said. Who are you? I asked. They all looked at me and smiled. The Street Catz. They said in a harmony that belonged in a musical. I nodded and looked up at the chick-a-dee. You’re a strange cat. I snorted towards the bird. I smiled when it laughed. Can… can I be the second odd cat? I asked hopefully. We thought you’d never ask. the fluffy one said to me. And for the first time since I was two, I felt a sense of family.
Pfffft. I wrote this in 20 minutes, which is why it sucks. But at least it qualifies (I hope).
