If you want to add something to the design or change what type of tail you want, that fine as long as you do it before the artist makes it c:

Colors; I like dark colors, dark green, dark blue, dark purple, and natural colors
Accesories; If it's too hard to ask for a gas mask, then some necklaces and bracelets are ok. |D, I like old western style accessories, radiation protection clothing, stuff like that. ^^
Tail; Extra fluffy please
Hair; yes/no No
Markings; I like stripes/tribal markings/ random tattoos, not a whole lot of markings though.
