As Yue looks for a book to make a sword, she heard some voices and looks over to see a small group of people.

Kafele shrugged and leaned against the wall. "Black as Night" had ended and now "Sudden Silence" was playing. This song was completely different than "Black as Night". The song before had been soft and enchanting; this song was a bass-heavy, head-banging piece. Heath Ever sang the chorus in deep growls and screams. He banged his head to the beat. "I have no idea, Nava."

Jahi heard pawsteps. "Oh, hi, Luke." He didn't turn around but kept staring at the page in front of him.

Istalri exhaled quietly and stood up. She nodded to Luke once, then went off in search of another book. As she turned a corner of the weapon making section of the library, she crashed into a girl.

Yue blinks, "Oh, sorry if I was standing in your way." she said.

Luke laughed.

Nava looked at him and smiled.

Istalri shook her head furiously. "Hey, don't apologize. I'm the one who she be apolgizing to you." A large smile lit the girl's face. "I'm such a clutz. Hey, aren't you, Yue?" she asked, lauging softly at her own joke.

Jahi looked at Luke. "Hey, man...ah, fox-ghost, I could use a bit 'o help. Kefele has this really freaky power. When he gets really angry or depressed, anything he touches turns to ash. Know any God or Demon who has a power like that?"

Kafele walked over and poked Nava's stomach. "I really am sorry, Nava."

"Yes, I am. And I'm guessing you're Istalri." Yue said with a smile.

Luke changed. "Yeah Walt has the same thing... The path of Anubis is dangerous."

Nava laughed, she grabbed his wrist and tugged him down she he was next to her. "It's ok, I should be sorry not you."

Istalri smiled wider. "Yup! That's me, Istalri Keleos. So, how are you liking the First Nome?"

Jahi looked surprised. "The Path of Anubis? How come we didn't find anything about that Path in the books? And Walt, as is Carter-and-Sadie's Walt?"

Kafele grinned and wrapped Nava in a hug. His grin turned from a grin to a warm smile. "Well, I was the one who tried to leave."

Nava pressed into more and sighed. "Will you tell me why you wanted to leave?" She lifted her head and looked him in the eye.
