Rules-
Only enter 1 time, there are 4 templates on there to show me your skills
Do not enter only for the prizes
If you apply, you must promise to be dedicated and not just drop them after a week
Be sure to read through the WHOLE Tempestine official thread and adoption thread
Please follow the Tempestine color rules and give me at least 2 designs that are their most common coat patterns
If you read the threads, make one of Horsy's siggies gold (If you make it on another program make your siggie gold)
Do not copy anyone else's designs
Do not copy the species
I'd prefer if you didn't keep your designs if you don't win
If you read the rules make one of Horsy's siggies blue
You MAY make your entry on another program.

Prizes-

1st prize
User will become permanent Tempestine artist, will be permitted to keep a design of their choice from their entry, and will receive the pets below


2nd prize
User will become guest artist for a month or so, will be permitted to keep a design of their choice from their entry, will be able to be possible permanent artist over time, and will receive the pets below.


3rd prize
User will become guest artist for a few weeks, will be given a custom Tempestine from me, and will receive the pet below.


4th prize
User will receive a custom Tempestine from me and will receive the pet below.
