What will you use it for:
I will use him purely as a character, for the most part. He'll be on my character thread,{which is a WIP} and I am extremely excited to draw him, and flesh out his personality and such. He will be a great addition to my little character family, and he'll surely be loved. c:
Why do you want it:
First off, because this species in general really caught my eye. So unique, well thought out, and beautifully made. Especially #3 in particular, really stood out to me. I had to try to see if I could possibly obtain one of these lovelies!
Personality:
Psych has an interesting persona to him, that is something for sure. The albino Crystinalian comes off as rather rude, snobby, and sometimes arrogant. The skeptical look in his silver optics is always a bit mysterious, and he is often off alone, roaming and adventuring. He likes to take in what is around him, the nature and freedom, and really prefers to be solitary overall, though doesn't mind some company as long as they aren't too clingy or talkative. Although the expression on his face is most often quite stoic, and he seems to be almost unphased and completely sucked from any emotion. But this simply, is just the mask that covers a true kindhearted being, just one that may be a little..lost- in the mind of course, because Psych believes he always knows where he is going.

When and if he does speak to you, it is few words and far apart. He has a very deep, throaty voice, that's a bit scratchy yet soft around the edges. Psychedelic is big on philosophy, and looks at the big picture. He spends hours of the day pondering things related to this, and he will often only speak when necessary. He twists his words around sometimes, to simply make you think over a phrase that could otherwise be very straightforward. For instance, if you demanded where he was headed, he may reply with something such as: "Where I'm headed knows I'm coming, but you don't need to know as I go." Almost a bit poetic sometimes, it's usually a nonsense collaboration of words. However, in any sense where there is danger or a panic, he'll toss his fancy talk out the window, though still speaking minimally.

Psych claims he is too focused on getting to know himself, and that is why he is relatively anti-social. But this is just a pitiful excuse for him to keep himself isolated. Although if you ever did get to know this Crystinalian, you would find that as mentioned before, he is a big 'ol teddy bear. He has never done anything he regrets, or that was wrong, and will help those who are genuinely in need. He is very sweet, and can even be flattering if you can decipher his odd phrases and put up with minimal conversation.
History:

A pale Crystinalian traveling through the jungle alone wasn't the most common of sights. Most of the typical of this kind were never as white as this female, who was also buldging, overwhelmed with pregnancy. Her name was Hail, and she had escaped from the violent brute that had attacked her, with some minor wounds. But the worst part was, she had to give birth to his cubs. Sorrow filled her pale blue eyes as she lumbered through the forest slowly. She winced every step she took, pain shooting through her thick, muscled, but weakened and worn limbs. Her paw pads were sore, tearing and bleeding. She had been running, and now walking for days, weeks now. Her diet was minimal, and her stomach ached and turned.

The once magnificent, snow white beauty, was now a pitiful, bedraggled, and plumply pregnant cat that simply just wanted to go to sleep, and frankly never wake up. But the poor, once regal animal had no idea what was in store for her. Her mate, or more rightly titled the father of her cubs, was still on the hunt for her and wasn't about to stop. It didn't take long for the weakened Hail to be forced to stop and rest. She had gone without eating for two days now, and knew she had to hunt. Finally, she deemed lucky to catch a young fawn, and savored every bit of nourishment from her kill possible. Content, and extremely tired, she curled up at the trunk of the tree and slept through the night and half way through the morning. With some of her strength returned, she rose to begin her journey once more, but it was already too late.

A burley, raging black beast with the bluest of crystals on his back could be defined as nothing other than a male Cystinalian. Dagger, was his name, and he was furious with his mate's betrayal, and escape. Leaping out of the tree above Hail, he pinned the smaller, weaker female to the ground roughly, though careful not to harm the precious lives in her tummy. "I will have them. You can't keep them from me. You're unworthy." he spat as Hail simply coward. That night was a hateful one, spent with this flustered, angry male in the woods. She knew he would keep her around and safe until her babies were born.

Four days passed. Four horrible, dreadful, lonely days were spent under the watchful eye of Dagger. Finally, it was the day the cubs were to be born. Four cubs were born, and Hail licked each one clean as they were. This was a big litter, for a Cystinalian. But horror shown across her face, when three of the four of the cubs were not breathing. Dagger's red eyes lit up with anger, rage filling them and taking him over. "It's your fault!" he roared, raking his claws along Hail's face. She panicked, and grabbed her one surviving cub, instinctively fleeing and running away, as fast as she could. It was the only chance she had to save herself, and her beloved baby. With the fear overwhelming her, she ran faster than she ever had and managed to once again escape the clutches of Dagger, who was left with his three dead cubs.

Hail was now blind in one eye, blood streaking her beautiful white fur. She ran all night, and the rest of the day until she couldn't any longer. Once again she found herself so, so weakened. Hail curled into a ball, with her new born cub, and fell asleep that night unaware of how close to death she really was. That morning Hail never woke up, and the squirming, unnamed cub attempted to suckle on his poor, dead mother. He cried and cried, for hours even.

Another Crystalian had heard these cries. A new, different one. It must have simply been luck that brought Hail into the territory of another female, who rushed to the cry of a new born cub. Her name was Thistle, and she took this new cub into her own paws to take care of and suckle. Not knowing what this cub's name could have been or was, Thistle decided to name him herself. "Luck." it was cliche and ironic, but a name all in the same way. Luck grew up dreading his name. He had always been an oddity, with the same albino markingless fur his mother had, and a pale face. But as he grew, so did his crystals, coming in as the pastel colors of the rainbow. Because of his mother's malnourished, and his battery in the womb, it twisted his sanity, and also stunted his growth, leaving him the size of an average female. Once he was weaned, 'Luck' left Thistle, proving to be too much of a burden to handle in adolescents. He learned to hunt, and to live in the jungle on his own rather quickly. Although he was insane, he had a brilliant mind, and calls himself Psych, being alone ever since.
