Things I added:
~Hair
~Bangles on back left leg
~Two loops in right ear, a stud in left
~Fingerless gloves on front paws
~Sock/leg warmer on back right leg
~Chibi steampunk wings (no one seemed to have added steampunk in their drawings yet)
~A docked/bob tail

I think he/she (I personally see the design so far as male) looks good so far! Comments and crit welcome.

You can remove it if this wins, if you want. I just can't because I accidentally put it on the same layer as the normal lines and colour (actually, I did that with pretty much every accessory, but then I realized, and just made different colouring layers for them. Sorry if that didn't really make sense.).

I added a design to his back leg. The lower design is the same as the smallest part of the front leg design.
