Meiji, at your look, slowly strolls over to the egg and paws at it. At the first touch, his eyes open a little wider, as if in shock. He looks at you, then to where the Pincer was. In the middle of the nest, her small clutch of eggs were being covered by branches, but otherwise looked like the one that had been set aside. She, however, was across the nest from you now, clearing more away, and puting the thicker, less damaged branches in a small pile. When you look down, the little otter had his paws once more on the egg. Was that a worry line folding into his forhead just by looking at it?

By the time you reached Chomper, he was already standing behind Sansa. His tail twitched nervously, and infront of him Sansa was racked with the shakes of fear. In front of them, however, sood a massive beast. It was looking down at Sansa quite angerly.

"Alright Ben! Lets do bite again!" He was very strong. However, the little bug was also strong, despite her earlyer thoughts that it would have been a lower level pokemon. Oh well, her strong Ben was taking it all in stride.

Smiling I opened my poke ball to let the pokemon inside, hoping it would let itself be caught. It seemed it want to.

I tapped my fingers against my cheek, thinking. The Sewaddle appeared rather hurt, maybe I could attempt... Yes, actually, I definitely would attempt. With a small smile I reached for a pokeball, attached to my belt, and held it in my right hand for a few seconds. With a lot of force I threw the pokeball towards the Sewaddle and crossed my fingers, watching the pokeball as it flew threw the air and towards the shiny pokemon.

I smiled brightly, ear to ear, elated that my plan had worked. One down, one to go. I decided I'd try and let Flori take most of the show, since she was the one I was aiming at training most. "Flori use Tackle again! You've almost got it!" I encouraged her, giving her the stimulus that every Pokemon deserved from their trainer and partner.

I fianlly caught up to my pokemon. "Come here you little-" I reached out for Chomper but stopped, frozen and staring at the huge wasp in front of me. I let out a week scream and scrambled to grab my pokemon off the ground. The pokemon sure was scary, but as I calmed down I started to think, Surely we can take this thing down. "Comper go get it! Use scratch!"

" the female continued to speak, her voice cracking at every moment before picking up the pig pokemon and shaking her head, " i was meant to help my sister, but i can't seem to even keep this pokemon from running away... one job.. on-- " the words cut short by a voice that called from across the room.

" ali! are you bothering this trainer? " a red-haired female in a lab coat called across the room as the light pink haired female took a step back, " i'm sorry... " she mumbled, removing the pig pokemon from your leg and twisting on her heels, rushing towards the red haired female.

the butterfly pokemon gently flapped the item off into your hands and nodded slightly. the necklace feels cool, like water with ice in it, but not as cold. it gives you a sharp shiver that lashes down your spine before calming you. some kind of mystical power.

now you head back. right?

i shrugged it off slightly as the bug type was taken down so easily. also to my surprise, aura had understood what i had meant. both surprised me, and both made me understand that my pokemon understood me more then i thought. nodding my head, i grinned as aura gently crawled back up my arm as i crouched to allow him back up to my shoulder to sit down with a cocky grin upon his face. with a tickle of his belly, i nodded my head to the boy and smiled. " so what person do i take down next? "

it seemed all fear of the fact i would be taking on yet again a bug type pokemon had shriveled away. i was ready for this gym.
and so was aura. we where going to win. not just for us.
but for chansey too.
