it really comes down to who has the best bid. unless you make art/form along with your bid. For me nice art is a HUGE booster, so long as some of the pets are WL or WL PPS. It really differs between the artists, some may be all about the pets and others may not. But you must place a bid unless the artist states differently.

I've had the same problem, just hoping to eventually get lucky with one of them, and I'm working my butt off on a form this time, so I'm hoping that will help as well.
