I locked it until this was figured out so I could retain the original information on the post. But your contest was not started with a possible change to your grand prize. People were entering thinking they could win your joker bunny. That was why they entered. Removing that as a prize and just changing it willy nilly isn't very nice to people whose reason they entered was to win that bunny.

If you had begun the contest with stating that the prize might be changed, that is fine, but you did not.
