ok let me clarify a few things.
Once you have a pup, you keep it. unless, you want to adopt it out again (PM me), in which i shall put it on the adoption page where it shall be available for EVERYONE to adopt.
aprilshowers, you are not allowed to whine if u didnt get a pup. although your message was halfway between congratulating and kind of wanting that pup, it still fits into this category. OK! now lets stop posting about this because i dont want chibi pups to be shut down.

Aprilshowers wasn't whining, actually, just chiding. That kind of behaviour is alright as long as they don't persist, I suppose, because it's indirect and doesn't actually portray whining or begging. :3
