Pine Island Mountain Cats
Far away, there is a group of islands. These are very far away from the mainland, and humans haven't entered the islands for many years. In the middle, there is a pretty big island called Pine Island. I know what you're thinking. You're envisioning beautful beaches and an ocean. But these islands are very cold. They have mountains and snow year round. Everything here has to have long fur to survive.
Pine Island Mountain cats are wild cats who live on the mountains of Pine Island. They live off of pine nuts, acorns, and small rodents. They are the apex pretador on the island. Before the mountain cars existed, there were long-furred wildcats on the island. Then, a small amount of domestic cats managed to reach the island. They crossbred and then became Pine Island Mountain Cats.
