One of the Shadow's continued to circle the three wolves, while quite a few of the other Shadows stayed put. “We are Lies, we are Pain, we are Death,” it snarled gruesomely. “We are the Shadow, Eagle. You are alone now. We will kill you all... this time! You know you are defeated, you know who we are and you know your fate. It may be a while but the battle will come!” The stench of the creature was almost wolf-like, but so horrid you couldn't tell. “But as generous as we are, we have two choices for you. Either you continue to resist and die, or you submit and die!” It laughed cruely. They faded away, and the forest lighted up. “You are safe for now!” the voice rang in their already aching ears.
