Welcome home songs and tributes to the United States Soldiers threw all branches of serves.
''Hooah"
"Hooyah"
"HUA"
"Oorah"
For those who think I am just saying meaningless words above.
My friend you are gravely Mistaken.
Ask any soldier what those four word mean and they will tell you that each word means the same.

American Girls and American Guys
We’ll always stand up and salute
We’ll always recognize
When we see Old Glory Flying
There’s a lot of men dead
So we can sleep in peace at night
When we lay down our head
My daddy served in the army
Where he lost his right eye
But he flew a flag out in our yard
Until the day that he died
He wanted my mother, my brother, my sister and me
To grow up and live happy
In the land of the free.
Now this nation that I love
Has fallen under attack
A mighty sucker punch came flyin’ in
From somewhere in the back
Soon as we could see clearly
Through our big black eye
Man, we lit up your world
Like the 4th of July
Hey Uncle Sam
Put your name at the top of his list
And the Statue of Liberty
Started shakin’ her fist
And the eagle will fly
Man, it’s gonna be hell
When you hear Mother Freedom
Start ringin’ her bell
And it feels like the whole wide world is raining down on you
Brought to you Courtesy of the Red White and Blue
Justice will be served
And the battle will rage
This big dog will fight
When you rattle his cage
And you’ll be sorry that you messed with
The U.S. of A.
`Cause we`ll put a boot in your ass
It`s the American way
Hey Uncle Sam
Put your name at the top of his list
And the Statue of Liberty
Started shakin’ her fist
And the eagle will fly
Man, it’s gonna be hell
When you hear Mother Freedom
Start ringin’ her bell
And it feels like the whole wide world is raining down on you
Brought to you Courtesy of the Red White and Blue

Soldier Song by
M. Florio and C. Cummings
The streets are lined with flags
On the bridge the've hung a sign
Said welcome home soldier we all know who you are
This little town held its breath for so long
Hoping this might be the lucky place
To welcome home a soldier
We're greatful you're here
Welcome home soldier, small town kid
Turned brave marine, you're just in time
For the country fair yeah how's your mind
Welcome home soldier just in time
Here's a heroes welcome home
A collective sigh of relief
Friends and strangers well they celebrate
Your safe return home
Welcome home soldier, small town kid
Turned brave marine, you're just in time
For the country fair yeah how's your mind
Welcome home soldier just in time
Don't know the first thing bout being a soldier
But knowing your home makes a difference to me
I'm humbled by your sacrifice
Now you're out of harms way
And I hope your home, yeah home to stay
Welcome home soldier, small town kid
Turned brave marine, your just in time
For the country fair yeah how's your mind
Welcome home soldier just in time

"Welcome Home: Artist unknown"
I watched a young soldier take his seat on a plain,
The guy by the window said "Son, what's your name?"
He said "Hi, I'm Jimmy. Just back from over seas.
When these boots touch down in Texas, I'm gonna drop to my knees.
Cause I aint seen my wife in 18 months and 14 days."
The man smiled and said "Son, let me be the first to say,
Welcome home.
Welcome home.
It's good to have you back where you belong.
You fought hard for this land you love, and I thank you for all of us.
We're proud to call you one of our own.
Welcome home."
The man looked away and said "I know how you must feel.
I spent two long years in Vietnam, When I got back to Jacksonville...
There were protest signs and picket lines. Some girl spit in my face.
Hey I was just a kid tryin' to make this world a better place."
His voice started shakin and in his eyes I saw a tear.
He said "I didn't need a hero's welcome, but it'd sure been nice to here...
Welcome home.
Welcome home.
It's good to have you back where you belong.
You fought hard for this land you love, and I thank you for all of us.
We're proud to call you one of our own.
Welcome home."
The band was playing and the crowd was cheering, as we came walkin threw that gate.
The soldier stopped and turned to the man standin near him.
Saluted him and said "Sr. I know it's a little late, But...
Welcome home.
Welcome home.
It's good to have you back where you belong.
You fought hard for this land you love and I thank you for all of us.
We're so proud to call you one of our own.
Welcome home."

Brothers
The house was like a tomb.
I was hiding in my room.
As my brother made his way on down the hall.
I didn't want to say goodbye.
And I was trying to deny there was a war,
And that he got the call.
I watched him from my window
Walking down the drive.
Then I ran down the stairway
Through the front door and I cried
You come back you hear?
And I let him see my tears
I said I'll give you my rookie of DiMaggio.
I'll do anything you want,
Clean your room, or wash your car.
I'll do anything so long as you don't go.
But he said, this is what brothers are for.
Well I have my heroes,
But the one I love the most
Taught me how to hunt and swing a bat.
And I wrote him every night,
I said I miss our pillow fights,
But lately I just wonder where you're at.
Sometimes freedom makes it hard to live.
When it takes things from you that you don't want to give.
I said you come back you hear?
I miss you being near.
Laugh and fish down in the maple grove
I'll do anything you want.
There must be someone I can call,
And just maybe they would let you come back home.
But he wrote, this is what brothers are for.
I may never have to face the anger of those guns,
Or lie cold and wounded in my blood,
Or know the sacrifice and what it must of cost
For him to love me that much.
Well, it had been two years,
And I held back my tears
When I saw him in that wheel chair on the shore.
And as I ran and held him tight,
That's when he looked me in the eye
And said I'm sorry that you have to push me home.
And I said hey, this is what brothers are for.
