A yawn escaped the muzzle of the blue fox as her eyelids fluttered open, the morning had dawned clear with a hint of mist still lingering in the crisp air. With a swish of her fu tail Kiara made her way from her warm den down to the stream nearby where she crouched to lap at the cold water. Raising her head she gazed around the woodland where she stood. Alone and curious she knew this was the last day of warmth before the snow fell, she could smell the cold weather on the air. If she was going to move to somewhere with more food and hopefully company, it would have to be today. Taking a deep breath and grinning she leapt forwards and prepared to face her journey.
