To the rest of the world, she is simply called Tails, though the crew of the airship Dawn Catcher calls her Miss Hawke.

After a tough decision between one and five, I chose five because:
~ Her design is simple. I love camoflauge, and the mellow greys are nice because they soften the brighter colors a bit.
~ I love the accessories... but of course, who wouldn't? x3
~ The double tail is to die for. You don't see two tails around here often, and it's nice to have something a little different.
~ That hair... omg, I love it so. I can't even find words to describe how much I love the hair ;A;
~ And those colors are lovely. The multiple greys, the nice hazel brown, the pink and the blue... I'm in heaven :'3

~ Clearly art is a number one priority. How could anyone not want to draw her? She looks like so much fun!

In one word, Tails can be easily described as risky. There is no challenge she will not take, no danger she won't face. She is brave, almost too much, and will do anything for a good dare.
She isn't really a people person. She avoids others when she can, preferring to be alone with the world. She doesn't take anyone seriously, and rarely listens to what someone has to say. In all honesty, she just feels very misunderstood.
She hates to be on land. Her heart is in the air; up there, she feels free and light as a feather. To Tails, being on land is worse than being locked in a too-small cage with no air. She loves to fly, to feel the wind in her fur. She is happiest airborne, and will find any means of getting away from land and taking to the sky.

It was an interesting watch that night, one I'll never forget. We were drifting through a severe cloud cover, unable to see more than a few hundred feet around us. Not the pitch black of the night sky, nor the stars glimmering overhead were visible. I just barely spotted her before she nearly collided with us.
I was about to be relieved of my watch in the crow's nest when I saw her; the Echogazer. Quickly reporting to the captain, I reached up to unlock the latch on the glass dome above me.
"Miss Hawke, wait."
I sighed, grabbing the speaking tube instead. "Yes, Mr. Firebound."
"You need orders before you can go out, Miss Hawke."
"I know."
"I never gave them to you."
"Perhaps you can now."
"Perhaps so." There was a shuffling of papers; then Firebound continued. "Very well; Miss Hawke, your orders are to go onto the back of the Dawn Catcher. See if there is anyone inside the Echogazer."
"Yes, sir."
"And be careful, Miss Hawke."
Rolling my eyes, I pushed the dome open. The Echogazer, a small hot air balloon that had been missing for over two months, was torn apart, her skin shredded as if someone had attacked it with a knife. Knowing the pirates up here, that's what probably happened.
I pulled on a harness stored in the crow's nest, then clipped a safety line to it. Once the line was attached to the strong hook on the inside rim of the crow's nest opening, I climbed out onto the Dawn Catcher's back. The wind was light, but it still whistled in my ears and rippled my fur. Blinking against it, I began to rappel myself out over the side of the ship.
As I got closer, I could see someone huddled in the gondola of the Echogazer. Seeing me coming down toward him, he gave a little wave. At least he's still alive, the scoundrel, I thought goodnaturedly.
"Needing a little help?" I called down to him.
"Just a bit, thanks."
By now I had reached the gondola and was looking right at him. He looked about my age, his fur gray like storm clouds, with three tails of bright red. He had scars all over him, and his front paws appeared to be made of metal. He had dark patches on either side of his spine, like something had tried to make it so they could stick a board right through him. The only normal thing about him were his eyes; they were soft blue, like the sky. They were comforting, and for a moment, I could only gaze into them.
Finally retching my eyes away from his, I asked, "What are you doing out here? With no jacket? It's freezing at this height!"
"I don't see you wearing one," he remarked coolly.
"That's because I'm up here all the time. The temperature doesn't bother me."
"It doesn't bother me either. You aren't the only flyer in the world, you know."
I gave him a withering glare, which he just returned casually. Apparently he wasn't intimidated by me. That's a first, I thought with only a twinge of sarcasm. This guy was good.
"Would you like to come aboard?" I inquired, an edge of annoyance in my voice.
"If I'm welcome," he replied.
"You will be."
It was just then that I realized, there were little propellers at the end of each of his tails. Won't mind if I ask a few questions about that, I hope, my mind muttered.
"The name's Red Tails," he said, interrupting my thoughts. Somehow my gaze locked with his again.
"That's funny," I blurted, thinking aloud."
"What?"
"My name is Tails."
He looked at me with interest. "How odd. Call me Red."
I nodded. "Okay... Red. Are you coming now?"
"I suppose."
"Just let me hook your balloon to the ship." Quickly hooking a grappling line I had along onto the Echogazer and attaching it to the Dawn Catcher, I extended a paw to Red. He shook his head.
"Don't bother," he told me, "I have my own means of getting around."
I cocked my head, confused. Then I shrugged. "If you insist."
Then came the surprise. I nearly let out a shriek as Red suddenly flung himself from the gondola. I heard the clicking of metal, then a whirring as the propellers on his tails spun to life. Wings like a jet plane's bloomed from the slits on either side of his spine, and then he was in front of me, hovering like the world was his to claim.
"Going up?"
Jerking myself from my shock, I sputtered, "How... what...?"
"I'll explain later."
Nodding slowly, I started to climb up the Dawn Catcher's side. I could sense my flight senses kicking in, then felt my double tail slapping against the ship. I knew what was coming, but was still stunned when my tails lifted me up, spinning like a helicopter. Now I was hanging upside down and grinning stupidly at Red. "You aren't the only flyer around here," I quoted him smartly.
His face shifted, his surprise showing clearly. "Not bad. Not bad at all."

I came to live for those little phrases, for those moments where everything was perfect, and I knew I wasn't alone in the world after all. Everything changed that night; it is still my favorite day out of all of them. The day I met the love of my life.

As far as family goes, Tails has none that we know of. But she certainly has lots of friends, all of which are like family to her.

Tails's pet rat and companion. They are never more than a few feet apart, and have an extremely strong bond; when one is in danger or hurt, the other will feel the terror or pain.

Tails's best friend and boyfriend. They share dreams, and both love to fly. They are very close, and there is very little they don't do together.

To the far right. Tails's close friend, who is like a sister to her. They both feel like they belong in the air, and are more at home in the sky. They do many things together, such as roaming the air harbor to watch the ships land and depart.

Why do you want this pup?:
She's very pretty. I love her design, especially the design on her back! I like butterflies, a lot and I love hoe it's outlined. Her body and face markings are epic and I LOVE the spiked in her cheek. I really love bobtails, they are my favorite. Actually, she sorta reminds me of an Australian shepherd, her markings. They are my favorite type of dog, ever! <3 I adore her hair. It's length, color, everything. Her necklace is rocking! Her foot is pretty awesome, too! I really like how she has piercings but not too many. Some designs like this are too busy, but this is perfect. Overall, I love everything. She's truly perfect. From her netting on her foot, to her bracelet. From her amazing markings, to her cool hair. Perfect.
What will you do with him/her?:
Everything I can to make her happy. I'll make art of her, traditional, and color ins. Once I get a tablet, digitally. I'll use her in Rps and she'll have a great spot on my character thread. Right there, in my "MAIN/MAJOR Characters" part. She'll be one of my favorites, defiantly. I'll find her the perfect mate. And, eventually, the perfect pups. Of course, you'll have credit this whole time! And, if you allow, I'd love to make her my fursona!<3
Personality:
Areyette is based off of my personality.
Areyette is a fun girl, who loves adventures. Although, she tends to like to be alone. You can often find her chasing butterflies, singing while sitting on the river bank, or running with the birds. She's quiet. Around strangers, she won't say a word. Shyness takes her over. But, after she knows you for only a day or two, maybe less, she'll be a chatterbox. She's not very brave, fearing how pain will hurt, is she's ever unlucky. But, if she gets that sudden boost of courage, she'll do just about anything. She loves pups, and is very outgoing. She always tried to help, but only makes a bigger mess.

Areyette is best friends with a Red Panda, that isn't red. Her best friend is, in fact, a "Sea-Foam Green Panda." Her and the little chum have been besties since they were little. Her other best friend is a blue and black butterfly. Areyette was separated from her family when she was very young. She has siblings, two brothers, that died in the storm that separated her from her parents. Also, she has a tendency to act like a... Wolf. She howls a lot and loves to play that she's one of them.

Likes- She loves her few best friends, young, butterflies, and helping. She also loves singing, learning new songs, and swimming. Her favorite food is peanut butter and her favorite drink is Mr. Pibb. She loves to play and have adventures, and, the color blue that's in her hair. She loves her necklace and accessories, too. SHE LOVES BUTTERFLIES!

Dislikes- She really hates getting into trouble and being serious. By getting into trouble, I mean getting a scolding. She also dislikes rude people, being made fun of, and getting hurt. Pink? Eww! No pink, please! She also hates the dark, snakes, spiders, and her biggest fear. Ever. -Looks around warily- NEEDLES!

Why do you want this pup? I like her crystal/flower petal designs. I like her dragon wings. And I love her 'tatty string' tail item. She is a gorgeous little girl. Look at those lovely eyes. And the swirly orange bits look lovely.
