So I made her base coat dark to satisfy the "dark colors" request, while giving him bright markings and eyes to satisfy the contradicting "bright colors" request. Her markings are mostly jade green, she has horns like his, and I think the design is very simple. I was kind of trying to give her a gypsy look. You said you wanted her to be a "happy, joker type" and I immediately thought of a gypsy who is mischievous and carefree.
