I am really glad I finished this, I had the finished backround sitting under my oekaki thing for ages, just nagging at me to finish the dragon, and I finally did!
I might add a few more glowy things later... cuz you can never have too much gloweh stuff!
Really happy with how this turned out!
Not much else to say really, enjoy!^^
