the species is made by Smoshen at DA! c:

so, here's the rules Smoshen has:
- They have NO arms.
- Their feet can't be seen.
- They must have a scarf, collar or bandana.
- Their eyes are black.

- You can move the layers to make it fit better
- Don't sell the design for pets, this is a free adopt! ( cuz I don't own the species! )
- MUST have a scarf or what ever!
- If you have 3 warnings, then you're no longer an artist
