My new character, Frostbolt!

She can make it snow.

History~
Everyone would make fun of her when she was a filly, because she was rather small and had no Cutie Mark unlike everyone else. Then, one day a filly, OceanBreeze, was being mean to her. Frostbolt said "Your as mean as a blizzard, OceanBreeze!". Suddenly, it started to snow like crazy. That's when Frostbolt figured out her Talent, and got her cutie mark; She could make it snow!

Personality~
Frostbolt is rather bitter, but can be very nice to loved ones and friends. She loves to help get PonyVille ready for Winter, for it is her favorite season. She is really good friends with the Elements of Harmony. (TwilightSparkle, Rarity, FlutterShy, AppleJack, RainbowDash, and PinkyPie.)
