Yes, you may enter, the rules state anyone who has not posted in intermediate or has no posts at all. But it is for beginners and you seem to be a beginner at least post wise. I've been an artist for many years and so I will know if someone is just fooling around and learned elsewhere like Deviant or Eevzy and just wants to enter for the prizes.

I look forward to seeing your entry.
