Oekaki acts glitchy for me so I've never completed any drawings with it, however, I use other art programs... would it still be ok for me to apply for a Tempestine?

I got a quick question, about how developed would a Tempestine's horns be at birth and how quickly would the develop. Like at birth would they kind of look like a smaller version of a giraffe's, like a smoother version of the adults just without the spikes, like a deers during velvet, or something else?

Can I ask if I can get a tempestine with specific markings? I mean, I have seen several tempestines with zebra-like markings, and I was wondering if you would make more? also could you do other unusual markings rather than spots and splodges?

A specific dessign would make it a custom, which the frontpage clearly says will not be made.

Also the description of a Tempestine shows tehy are spots and splodges, it's like a saying you want a appaloosa zebra. It doesn't work like that unfortunately.

The tempestines are born without antlers, about at the time when they stop nursing from their mother, is when they are grown a little bit, from there on in I suspect they grow gradually.
