Well, yes you people of Chicken Smoothie. I am coming to you to design me a litter of puppies for two of my charries. <3
I have just a few rules - and yes, prizes. ;3 - for you to read before you go and color this in.

I have already noticed a few people breaking them.

My only rules are;
1. Do not remove my siggy.
2. Do not take outside cs Swiftkill_'s my permission.
3. Do not make your own base, use the orginal, all the time. (PM me if you really want to make a base, and tell me why.)

4. You may use this for adoptables, free and for credit. (not for real money)
(you MUST include/write rule no. 2 if making adoptables.)
5. You may use for breedings.
6. Can be used for contests

My contest rules:
1. Please follow ALL cs rules; including Tess's rules.
2. Please don't make random characters on here, at least make them look SOMEWHAT like the parents.
3. Please don't copy another participant's design/s. They must have spent a long time on them!
4. You do NOT have to color in every single pup, but it would up your chances a bit. I wold perfer at least 3 colored.
5. Rules are subject to change, and i may add to them.
