I personally don't mind that, especially if it's a really long story, though Octo has the final say on that one, as she has to judge the forms. ^.^

Also, Tiki may revamp within the next couple hours. Would anyone like to watch? :3

I am looking to adopt, love, and take care of forever, no matter what situation or danger we get into, I will always hold her paw until the end

Image

Image
Once I went searching through the kennels, looking for the perfect pet to adopt and care for forever, I saw this beauty. Her light brown pelt, chocolate-colored legs, the beautiful white hair with light blue highlights and blue eyes, it all goes together to make the most perfect dog in the world - Common Creatures, Kennel P38

Image

After trying to decide, I have thought of many unique names, none seem to fit. But, just imagining what the wonderful wolf would be like in my home, after reading over the animal's behavior, I thought it over. She seemed to me that she was like an angel, believing in what she thinks of what is right. In my own definition of unique names, I named her Terali's Devil which means Angel's Devil. It seemed to fit perfectly for her behavior, the way she looked, and the way I seemed to love her inside. Especially the white chibi wing on her shoulder. When i look at it, it immediately reminds me of an angel. - - The reason it is Angel's Devil, is because on her behavior chart, it seemed that she gets into lots of trouble, but no matter what she does, you can't stop loving her. Her nickname is Terali, Angel, or TD.

Terali is a wonderful and amazing mix of Australian Shepherd, and Eastern Wolf. She has 5% Spotted Hyena in her blood. Although she doesn't tend to 'laugh' like they do. Many make fun of her, like calling her a filthy mutt, but, what they don't know is the type of mutt is very unique.

I believed that I could have hope to own this beautiful freckle-faced beauty. I do not have an advantage over anyone to get Terali, but, this one caught my eye the moment I saw her. I believe I died and went to haven. I may not take all day and all night to write the most perfect form ever, but, nothing is perfect unless you try your most absolute best, which I am doing now. The 'freckles' won me over by a heart beat. I have some freckles around my face, but they are barely visible. It would practically be me, but in wolf form. But since I read Spotty's useful rules, I am not aloud to make her my fursona, or anything close to it. - - - But who wouldn't want Terali? She is pure beauty and uniqueness, with such amazing lines, ect. I would be surprised if I won her. There is nothing in the world that I wouldn't do for Terali. I would never let her catch dust, I would never give / trade her away, and I will guard her with my life and my heart. She will be my most loved character, and have 'The Honor of Fame' on my Character Site and/or thread. I will always order art of her, and post Spotty's amazing picture in my signature, and never take it down. - - - Some people only want characters like this for quality, or just because it was made by one of the best artist's ever - Spotty. Yes, I love Spotty's art a thousand more times than anyone could ever imagine, it is just.. Everything about Terali made me love-struck. Her thunderstrucking beauty could steal anybody's eye.

The beautiful designs struck me with love as I saw it all - Everything I have always wanted in my whole entire life. I will order and draw art of her every single day. The most precious thing on CS would be Terali, this amazingly beautiful Character.

I would make her half perfect, because of how much trouble she makes. - - - She is beautiful in many ways. The star, silver earing, silver rings around the light brown tail, chibi wing on left shoulder, freckles, blue eyes, and everything that is visual, and anything positive you could possibly imagine.

There is no true meaning of love except the definition of me and Terali. I love her and I will always love her no matter what. And I will do everything for her. The day of when you announce the owner of Terali, there will be tears of joy no matter what happens. I will be very happy for whoever wins, because I know they probably deserve her more than me.

It feels that my characters are my friends. And with Terali, she will practically be like a very good friend to me, since I dont have much friends, and I don't talk to anybody much. Everyday when I get home / wake up, I will be excited to see Terali's beautiful face again. It will be the most exciting part of the day for me, since I don't do much, just sit home while my family is at work.

I would stare at her for hours and never get bored, because I love her that much ♥

The beginning of Terali's life was when she was born on a farmer's porch. It was a litter of five, with herself being the runt. The oldest sibling was a cream-ish color with a black tail with three cream coon stripes. There was three black patches down the neck, and black freckles around the eyes and nose. The second oldest, had a stump tail, and a light brown pelt with cream-colored paws, black and white claws. It's small figure had a bit of strong muscle. The third oldest was pure white, and purple eyes. Fourth oldest was a light brown, black-ish pelt dog. It's wolf-ish figure showed all muscle. And of course, there was Terali. Light brown as the main pelt color, and dark brown legs and paws. There was a white chibi wing on her left shoulder. She had dark brown freckles around her nose and blue eyes.

One Terali and her siblings turned 5 months old, their irresponsible Mother and Father let them hunt by themselves for as long as they wanted. Terali's rude siblings walked in a group, side by side. Except for Terali, who supposedly wasn't aloud to be three paws close to them. Terali sniffed the air and wagged her tail, scenting a hare nearby. She flicked her ears as she saw her siblings were gone. She side and hung her head to sniff the grass below her, following the irresistible scent of the hare. She sneezed as a leaf fell on her nose.

Terali pricked her light and dark brown ears. She turned quickly, making her soft, brown fur blow in the wind. She felt a bit nervous, scenting and hearing a mysterious animal. She peered over a bush nervously, pinning her ears. She growled defensively, seeing the shadow move closer. Her eyes widened as she stumbled on her back. She stood and stepped back, tail between her legs. A wolf grabbed her scruff and turned, padding towards the forest.

Terli growled and squirmed everywhere, but not able to get away from the large brute's jaws. She sighed and panted after thirty minutes of struggling. She sighed and tried glancing up at the wolf's eyes, but couldn't. She started to whimper as she became deep in thought. "Who are you?" She snapped.

The wolf stayed silent for a few minutes, and flicked his ears. His big built and muscular figure walked quickly and carefully, light on his paws, trying not to awake any predators. He pricked his head and ears, hearing a faint noise in the distance. He stood tall, and raised his long, black tail. He hung his head to sniff the ground. He let a low growl escape as he slowly stepped back into the dark shadows. Thirty minutes later, Terali gave up and fell asleep, her little wolf/dog figure laid limp, but breathing sleepily.

By dawn, Terali found herself laying in a soft warm, torn blanket. She glanced around curiously, and suddenly saw the same wolf come in. Terali growled and whimpered at the same time as she started to hang her head. She tucked her tail as she stepped back slowly and cautiously. Suddenly a yelp came from her jaws as she fell back off the blanket, landing on a carpet of soft brown cotton.

Terali sat back up with a sneeze and a hiccup. She pinned her ears and slowly laid down, whimpering. The wolf laughed, seeing her tumble back. "Little pup, no need to be scared. Nobody will ever hurt you with that adorable look on your face." He chuckled sweetly. He helped her up kindly, seeing her scared frown become a cautious smile. "Adorable? What is adorable about me?" She yipped, shaking her dirty, brown pelt.

The wolf bowed. "Little one, my name is Raven. I am supposedly your guardian for all eternity, blah blah blah." Ternali huffed at his words. "Who would chose you to be a guardian? If there was a bear attacking me, and it had ten followers, you probably wouldn't bother to help at all, or even care about me getting injured. You are probably like everyone else - Conceited, and only caring for themselves." She spat unhappily.

Raven huffed and snorted. "Where did you get that idea, Terdali?" Terali's face turned red, as she growled. She scooted back. "It's not Terdali, it's Terali." She spat. She glared up at him. "Where did you get that idea?" She echoed back with a growl. Raven sighed and laid down tiredly. "Well, I am sorry." He snapped and yawned. His rolled over on his left side, with his back towards everyone. Every time Raven inhaled, he would sneeze, the clumps of dirt starting to fly in his black little nose.

Terali flicked her ears and padded over to a nearby tree. She stood on her hind legs to dig her front claws into the tree's rough bark. She struggled as she leapt up to get her hind claws digging into the bark. She started to climb the tree cautiously. Soon enough, she made it to the highest dead branch. She pricked her ears, to hear crackling, and a hill below. She smiled and wagged her brown tail happily. She let a faint smile escape to her face as she jumped on the branch one more time to make it break. Her ears pinned as she raced down the hill, standing on the dead branch. To the left side of her was a porcupine, trying to run alongside of her. She chuckled as she looked back at it a few feet away. Suddenly she found her back slightly hit something. Her body flew upward and into the river.

Raven's ears pricked as he heard a splash, and a yelp coming from Terali. He sighed and slowly started to get up tiredly, and stretched with an annoyed grunt. He padded outside angrily, growling. "What is your problem?" He snapped repeatedly under his breath. Once he reached the river, he sighed with a huff, and helped her out quickly. "What is your problem?" He growled at her. Terali hung her head and shrugged. She looked up at him with her angel-like-eyes.

Raven shook his head and rolled his eyes. "You can't be like that, all wet and dirty. We are going to bring you somewhere to show you are actually in this pack." Terali glared at Raven. "Like what, exactly?" She questioned as she stepped away from the lake, and shook her brown pelt quickly. She flicked her ears and cocked her head. Raven forced a friendly and caring smile. "Well, we have to go to the Alphas so that you can get a few accessories." Terali's eyes widened, and her ears pinned. "Accessories..? Are you serious?" She spat.

Raven nodded. "You bet." Terali growled and turned, to pad off to the pack. Raven followed after the pup quickly. "What's wrong? You will love it!" He said happily, his black tail wagging quickly. "Who said I even wanted to be in a pack?" She huffed and hung her head, trying to flush the anger away from her mind. Raven sighed and leaped in front of her. "You are going, I don't care what you say." Terali cocked her head slightly, a bit curious of why Raven's expression was only a smirk, and disrespectful eyes.

Terali forced a sweet smile and licked his paws, seeing a bit of stained dry blood on it. "Fine, I guess I can have some.... accessories..." She mumbled a bit unhappily. Raven wagged his tail as his smirked turned to a friendly smile. "Alright, let's go." He said and grabbed her scruff. "My paws aren't broken..." She said with a soft and low growl. Raven flicked his ears as he padded forward. "Well, you seem to make lots of trouble... Why should I set you down?" Terali flicked her ears as she heard him trying his best to speak, since he was carrying a forty pound pup. "It isn't like I am going to burn the pack down." She said, looking down at the ground as Raven walked. Raven sighed and shrugged as he set Terali in front of a warm den. "Go in. I will be inside. Just make sure to say yes to everything she tells you to do, alright?" He said and padded away farther away from the den without any response or answer from Terali.

Terali pinned her ears and turned, to see a she-wolf have her nose up in her face. Terali couldn't help but let a tiny low growl escape her throat. "Hello, little one. Did Raven send you here?" Terali became a bit nervous, since the female was still very close to her face. "Yes." Terali scooted back, shooting a small glare at her. The she-wolf sighed and scooted back as well. "I am Rashin, your Alpha Female. All we need to do before finally excepting you into the pack, you need to have some stuff to show you are a true member." Terali flicked her ears. "Well, why do I need... accessories...?" She mumbled. Rashin smiled sweetly. "Trust me, little one, you will love it." Terali sighed. "Fine..." She mumbled.

Terali closed her eyes in pain as Rashin accidentally pulled her tail. "Sorry." Rashin said softly, and pinned her ears. Terali opened one of her icy blue eyes, and turned her head slightly, to see Rashin put two, silver shiny rings around her light brown tail. She raised her tail, to observe it better. She smiled a bit, loving the style and texture. She jumped, feeling Rashin's paws touch her left ear. "Uh... What are you doing?" Terali asked, seeing something sharp in her jaws. "Clip on earrings." Rashin said. Terali flicked her ears. "What's an earr-" She got interrupted by Rashin's yelp. "What?!" She snapped. "You look.... gorgeous." Terali chuckled slightly. "Thank you." She said sweetly.

"Now, if you'll excuse me, Raven promised we were going to explore today." She sad and turned, starting to walk out. Rashin shook her head and grabbed her tail to pull her pack. Terali sighed, but forced a smile "Yes?" She asked. "You have to have your own ceremony into the pack. Terali pinned her ears. "Why?" She asked, flicking her ears after perking them again. "'Cause, I want you to make new friends." Terali scooted back. "I have Raven." Terali said. "Well, you have to make friends your age." Rashin said, getting annoyed. Terali sighed. "Fine..." She mumbled. "Now when is this ceremony?' She asked. "Right now." Rashin said and put Terali on a rock. "Now jump on my back." She said, just before watching Terali jump on her back. Rashin smiled and padded out of her den, howling for a pack meeting.

As Rashin set Terali on the Alpha's Rock, she watched the others gather. Terali could hear a lot of talking and yipping below. Terali started to feel nervous, but sat proud anyways. As everyone settled, and the talking level of them all lowered, Terali stood tall. "Everyone, it has come to my attention, that this young female, is very, very special." Terali pinned her ears. "What?" She whispered. Rashin ignored her and continued to talk. "We should all treat her nicely, and give her full respect." She said.

Terali glanced around the crowd, soon seeing a male wolf pup, about the same age as her, but maybe a bit older. After thirty two minutes the meeting was over, since they also talked about food, and past wolves. Terali ran down the rock, and followed the wolf pup she saw earlier, nervously. She finally caught up with him, and tapped his shoulder. He jumped, and his ears pinned. "Oh, it is the 'special' one." He mumbled. "Trust me, I am not special." Terali giggled. The pup sat and held out his paw. "My name is Raiden." He said with a friendly smirk.

Terali chuckled and put her paw on his, and 'shook' it. "I am Terali." She said softly. She nipped at his nose playfully, and crouched in a play-bowing pose. She wagged her tail happily as she saw him do the same thing. "Okay, you want to play?" Raiden said. before she could respond, he leaped at her and pinned her. He nipped at her ears. Terali growled playfully and pushed him off. She swatted at his face gently. She spun around and held out her hind left paw, to trip him. As he fell, she turned towards him. "Oh, sorry.." She mumbled and pinned her ears. Raiden flicked his ears with a smile as he got up, and sat on his dirt powdered rear. "Eh, it's fine." He suddenly heard a fae call him. He pinned his ears and gazed into her icy blue eyes. "I'm sorry, I have to go. Maybe we can talk later?" He said and padded away towards the calls quickly, his tail dragging.

Terali's ears pinned again, as she followed Raven's scent. She pricked her head after following his different scents. Fresh and Old, but couldn't really tell the difference. "Raven?" She called, soon getting a howl for her. She flicked her ears and padded after the howl, to find Raven. He tail wagged as she padded to him. "Sorry that we didn't go exploring today, but we can tomorrow." He said with a smirk. They both cuddled together and soon fell asleep.

The next day was hunting and training. Terali played with Raiden everyday from when they hunted and trained together, until the break of dawn. ( I didnt post it because I didnt have enough time x3 )

One Year Later...

Terali padded out of her own den, and padded over to Raven's den. She sniffed his head and chuckled. "Dad, it's time to go training with Raiden." She said, her ears flicking. Raven grumbled. "Today, just go with him, and without me." He said and curled up. Terali sighed and padded out of the den, and to Raiden.

Terali pawed at Raiden playfully. "Today we are going without my Dad." She said and turned. She padded towards the forest, with Raiden right by her side.

I am looking to adopt...
Picture:
Image
Kennel number:
P35
Name:
Mutaciâ, aka Mutt
Breed:
Great Horned Owl x Cat
Why do you want this animal and what will you do for it?:
Asdf, why is she still here? 0.o
The poor girl has had a couple forms put in, but despite being donated over a year ago she's still here, collecting dust. I honestly can't imagine why, she's such a cute and quirky looking little character. I've been wanting to try for her for a while, but hoped someone else would grab her. It's been a few months and no one has, and I really can't resist anymore.
I'm also currently trying to work on cartooning and making my characters more expressive, something I think she'd be perfect for. With such an odd mix of animals and those big eyes, I have all sorts of idea in mind for her. I might even try to do an animation. She'd be great for practice and I'd love to try and develop her character a little bit more.
Personality:
Quirky, strange, and clumsy, Mutt is the odd companion of an even nuttier scientist. Created with the intention of starting a species of superior mouse catchers, the scientist's expectations have been largely unmet. Her species should point to a focused, cold blooded hunter, but somewhere along the lines things went wrong. With wings too small for anything but the shakiest of flights slightly crossed eyes, Mutt is something of a failed experiment.
Not that she knows this. If you ask her, she's the great damn mouse catcher on the planet. And, to be fair, she did catch a mouse once. It was caught in a mouse trap, but still. It was a mouse. Just don't even bother to argue further.
Her favorite pass time is to "help" the scientist with his work. She's a master at motivating him to sort paperwork. It's simple, really, just brush up against a big stack of papers and he'll have no choice but to stop being lazy and get to work! It's fool proof, even if the stunt often gets her locked out of his office for the day.

Despite her somewhat annoying behavior, Mutt is a fairly lovable animal. She's the scientist's constant companion and, although unable to speak, seems to be the only one who understands his babbling. Well, part of it anyways. Something about a ray gun and that thingy that turns white mice bright pink... Hey, at least she makes an attempt to listen, which is more than can be said of most people.
She may not be able to fill her intended duty, but the scientist has grown much too attached to the creature to do further experiments upon her. Though he does occasionally seem bitter that the most he has to show for his life's work is a cross-eyed clumsy cat-thing, it's really hard to say no to Mutt's somewhat frighteningly large eyes.
Likes:
The scientist, flying, mice, food, causing trouble
Dislikes:
Being told off, people who don't think she's a good hunter, crashing, getting bored

I am looking to cherish...

Kennel number:

Basics
Image

Name:
Chantelle

Nickname:
Chant

Born:
May 14, 1997

Age:
15

Sexual Orientation
Bi

Breed:
Malamute x Timber Wolf mix
Canis lupus familiaris
She is slightly more wolf than malamute, as her father's parents were a pure timber wolf, and a regular malamute x timber wolf. Her mom is also just a regular malamute x timber wolf mix, but I guess you could call her a "purebred" because both of her parents were malamute x timber wolf mixes, instead of one being a timber wolf, and the other being a malamute.Because Chantelle is more wolf than malamute, her tail is not curly like one of a malamute.

Image
Appearance:
Image
Fur:
Chantelle's fur is mixed with fluffy and sleek. The fur on her neck is fluffy and soft. Her belly is also fluffy, and the fur on her ears is very soft and fluffy. Her legs have sleek fur, same with her back and head. Her tail is somewhat fluffy, but mostly just thick and sleek.

Coloration:
Her coloration is black, white, and different shades of gray. She gets they grey from both her parents, but the white and the black from her mother.

Design:
She has unique gray spots on her, one is under her left eye, one on her left paw, on on her rump and tail, and one above her shoulder. The main color of these spots are a pale gray, but fades into a darker gray. She got these spots from her mother's parents, the fading part from the dad. The tribal markings on left shoulder and left back leg she got from her mother, the design has been passed down through her mother's family. The female symbol on her right paw came from nowhere, it is believed to be a sign for something.

Body:
Her body is very muscular, as she exercises unintentionally , just by doing things that she does on a daily basis. Her legs are the strongest and most muscular, as she runs and hunts on them all the time. Even with all these muscles though, her body is very lean and thin. She is not too skinny, however, like you can not see her ribs.

Eyes:
Her eyes are a pale, glass blue that she got from her father. This color of eye means "Brave".

Why do you want this animal and what will you do for it?:

I only have one character, the one in my avatar and signature. I'm very picky about my characters, just because I don't like having a lot. If I have too much, I fear that they will gather dust. It makes me feel good if all my characters have a close to equal amount of art. But as I was browsing through the kennels, I saw this beauty. A story along with personality for her came to my mind, and I knew that I wanted her for my own.
One thing about her that I really love is that I can draw her. Her design is somewhat simple, good for me to draw, but I just love how her colors go so well with her design! And her eyes are my favorite part, they're a very clear, glassy, blue. She also only has three very simple colors: White, gray, and black. But with her design,it looks amazing. Then combine those colors with her eye color, oh it looks so gorgeous.
What would I do for her? I would draw her, of coarse. She is simple enough for me to practice drawing and find out what my true art style is. I would also color her in cute linearts, too, because that's just fun. And just like everyone does, order art. Her design would also fit so well in other's styles, I would love to go around and order customs of her. Also, her species is similar to an average wolf, and there are many linearts in shops for that, so it would be easy to find a shop with linearts for her to fit in.

Personality:
Image

ImageLonely
She supported herself since she was two months old, in a place where there was not much of her species around her to interact with, making her very lonely. She wishes to have someone to talk to, and share her stories with.

ImageAnti-social
She does not know how to socialize at all because she never learned how to. Socializing is an easy thing though, so maybe if she finds some other wolves that are not part of the tribes, she can learn.

Imagedepressed
Due to her foggy, empty environment, she gets depressed. With hardly any sunlight to frolic in, it isn't hard to get depressed. She isn't completely depressed though, she just gets sad sometimes.

ImageCreative
She gets utterly bored at times in this empty environment, and has to find something to entertain her. She makes up games to play and things to do, and the things that she comes up with are so creative that no other wolf could ever think of it.

ImageHappy
Chantelle is very happy for someone that lives in an isolated area like she does. She does get sad or depressed at times, but when she's not, she is happy. If any other wolf were living there all by herself like she does, they would never be able to be as happy as Chantelle.

ImageActive
She hates doing nothing, so she often runs around the forest and climbs the trees. Chantelle is rarely doing nothing. Being active makes her very strong and fit, which helps her for hunting, and makes her have the ability to defend herself if anyone tries to hurt her.

ImageSmart
She has the ability to think fast, and that is useful for fighting. She also learns quick, and puts pieces to something confusing together with ease. She may not always be correct, however.

ImageBrave
Chantelle gets scared, like all living things, but unlike most living things, she can just shake off fear and move on. But sometimes she needs that fear to get adrenaline to get away fast. At times like these, she cannot just shake off her fear.

Hunting
Hunting is one of her talents. She is very good at it, and enjoys doing so. She has her own techniques in hunting that she made up herself. Hunting is means the world to her. On some days, however, she cannot hunt because either it's raining, snowing, maybe even something else. Chantelle hates these days, and ends up eating small plants.

Catching her prey
It is very rare for Chantelle not to catch her prey, as it is her talent. But she loves the feeling of catching her prey, it makes her feel so proud of herself. This is good for her self esteem.

Climbing trees
When not doing anything, Chantelle enjoys hanging out on tree branches. She can't really "climb" them, like a squirrel for example, she just jumps up the branches on tree's with very low branches. She sometimes takes naps up there, or just enjoys the forest's view.

Fog
Chantelle only likes the fog in some ways. She usually hates it, but it comes in handy when she's hunting. The fog is a thick gray where she lives, and for some reason she can see more clearly in there than anything else. Her colors also blend in with it, so her prey has a hard time seeing her. Because of its thickness, it completely masks her scent. It is very helpful for her in her hunting situations.

Night
Chantelle enjoys the night, she loves its beauty. She enjoys how quiet it is, no animals chirping or roaming about. This is when she feels comfortable to really think and talk to herself. It is also especially peaceful at night. Stargazing is one of her favorite things to do, too.

Cooler weather
Warm weather is good too, but there's nothing like a brisk, cold, morning.

Wind
Chantelle loves the feel of wind rushing through her fur, and running with the wind. As crazy as it sounds, she thinks of the wind as past wolves that died. She feels at peace with them when the wind blows on her.

Running
With her strong legs, her favorite thing to do is run. She is faster than most other wolves on her paws, as she runs every morning to wake up, runs to hunt, runs for fun, and runs at night to get herself tired to fall asleep.
Sleeping after a long day
After long, hard days, Chantelle loves to get comfortable in the forest's undergrowth and have a long nap.

Dislikes:

Tribes
She lives avoiding the tribes. She tries so hard, and is so far away from them. Hopefully she will never get caught. She was born in the tribes, but she can't go there anymore.

Her Parents
The reason that Chantelle lives where she lives. Her parents are still in the tribe, but after they "abandoned" her, she never wants to see them again.

Where she lives
There's somethings that she likes about her area, but there's many places that she would rather be. Somewhere where there's more sun, more of her species to interact with, somewhere not as dark.

Rain
She thinks rain is pretty and likes the feel of it on her fur, but she starves on days like this because if it's a heavy rain, then her prey hides and she can't hunt. She'll eat small plants, but that's never enough.

Very hot days
Warm days are good, and Chantelle loves seeing the sun. But on blazing hot days, she runs out of energy faster and gets really thirsty quickly.

Doing nothing
Boring! Chantelle hates getting bored, so she always has to be doing something. She's rarely doing nothing, but when she is, it doesn't last long.

History/Background:
Image
I am Chantelle, a wolf mix that was abandoned as a pup. I guess no one really wanted me, but the experience has made me stronger. It's rather foggy where I live, wherever that is. My eyes have adapted to seeing in the fog, unlike most creatures, making it easier to hunt, as they can't see me as well and it masks my scent. I live the forest's undergrowth, hidden by many bushes and tree's. It's comfortable and I feel protected from any danger. It is lonely though, as I only have myself to talk to.
Right now, I am hunting. I see a rabbit, so I crouch, and...Pounce! I missed! I begin to chase after it, when I get reckless and trip hard on a rock. I tumble, but the nudge of someone stops me.
"Careful there." The masculine voice startled me. My normal instinct told me to bolt away as fast as I could, as I've never encountered anyone else here before. I knew that there was many tribes deeper in the forest, but I thought I had avoided them pretty well. This was dizzying, unnerving, like a confusing a memory with a dream. For instant-the nanosecond between information coming in and my brain processing it- I had a certain feeling that I would know this guy. It was confusing, because I didn't know anyone at all. It could have been someone that I knew as a pup, before I was abandoned. That would be bad, what if they wanted me back at the tribe?
My heart squeezed with real fear then, at the thought reality was going slippery on me. But before panic could do more than flexing my claws, the moment ended. The eerie feeling of recognition vanished.
All I could say was. "I'm okay now. You can go." I felt rather rude not thanking him, but I don't think I had it in me. I could feel my face heat up and turn red as I turned to further face him. His face didn't look familiar, I don't know where the feeling came from.
"It was quite a tumble that you took, miss." His voice was gentle and sweet. I blinked, as that voice just made my heart melt. I guess you could say that it was a turn-on.
Flustered and blushing, I replied, "Yes, I missed the rabbit so I got reckless and started chasing-"
"No need to embarrass yourself." He cut me off sweetly, and chuckled. I was embarrassed enough already, I could feel how hot my face was and I knew that he could see it. I'm new to socializing, as I never really had to before.
"Well, I guess I should get going. It's getting late and I'm still hungry." I said rather bluntly, but I tried not to sound rude.
"Here, I can show you some hunting techniques." I blinked. I never thought to see if he was part of any tribe. I could tell that he was part husky, and I could defiantly tell by the color of his piercing, a worn out gold color. It was a lip piercing, meaning that he must be a hunter, just like I was. He also didn't smell like he live out here like I have, he smelt familiar, like where the tribes are. I froze, my stomach churned. I didn't want to go back there and see my parents, after what happened. Hopefully he couldn't read the panic on my face.
"Um, no, I really should get going." I turned around getting ready to run away as fast as I could, but he quickly grabbed my tail.
"I think that you should come with me." The gentleness in his voice faded away. I felt my eyes widen. I didn't want to scream, there could be more tribe members around.
I think that I should tell you something, to clear up any confusion in the future. I hate talking or thinking about it, but here I go. I wasn't actually "abandoned", my own parents tried to kill me! And I don't know why, I don't know if I did anything wrong or what... But it was a terrifying experience, when the wolves that you trust most, the ones that you look up to, try to brutally kill you. And now they want me back. When I ran away from my parent's grasp and they couldn't find me, I assumed that they would think I was dead after time past, I was only two months old. But somehow, they found me. Maybe by scent, or I don't know. But I guess all the tribes must want me gone if this guy is from the Husky Tribe. How could it be so important to have me dead? The question spun my head.
I tried to move my legs and get out of his grasp, but he pulled me back and somehow got his teeth on my neck. I was usually so good at these things, I can think fast and I always know what my next move is. But I'm too scares too do anything else, he could easily snap my neck if I made him angry. I guess I just will have to go along with anything he says. I love being the stronger one, but this time I just need to suck up.
He sweeps me off my feet smoothly, and I fall to the floor. His teeth are still on my neck and I realize that he is dragging me somewhere.
I felt like crying. Every wolf that I start to trust, start to love, try to kill me. Is there that much wrong with me? No. I am perfect. But my heart still aches. I begin to think back to the past, thinking of my parents, when I notice something. All of the memories of my parents, consist of mostly my mother. I remember that my dad was always away fro us, I don't even know what he was like. My mother was the most sweetest, and gentlest wolves that I have ever met. We always had lots of fun together. But I don't remember my father. I look back to the time when they tried to kill me, even if it made me shudder, ( but I'm being dragged to I don't know where anyway,) But I realized that my mom was not in this memory. Only my dad. I was sure that she was there before, but I was so overwhelmed in the situation, that I never noticed. And after, I was too afraid to think about it further. Then where was my mother?
I almost struggled to get away from the strange wold that was dragging me, but I was weak, and I wanted to see what was going on in these tribes, also why I was too important to let live.
I must have fallen asleep. It took me a moment to remember what had happened, but once I had fully awoken, I remembered everything. I looked around me to see about seventy tribe members circled around me. And there wasn't just from my tribe, there was members of ever, single, tribe. It was odd, because there was no elders or females. There was leaders, though. That mad me angry, because I remembered when the leaders all promised never to kill any other tribe member if they we innocent. Which I was. I didn't know what to do, if I tried to escape, they would probably all attack me. I might be able to handle that, I am pretty quick on my legs and can think fast. But I wasn't sure if I should do that. That is, I wasn't sure what to do until I saw him.
I saw my dad. I stared him straight in the eyes. He saw me. Now I was certain of what I wanted to do, I wanted to get away. But first, I had to kill him. The look in his eyes were ice cold, anger surged through my veins. It didn't look like he gave a single damn about me. The anger froze in my veins and turned to ice, I shivered. I allowed the ice. I got to my paws and I snarled. I felt fear clutch my heart with ice cold claws, but I was able to shake it of. I ran towards him as fast as I could screaming to the top of my lungs, "Where's my mother?! What are you doing to me?!" I ran around him to get out of the circle of tribe members, and then I grabbed his neck from behind. He easily shook me off, then looked me in the eye with a look that says "You are the most stupid wolf I have ever seen" With a grin on his face. Everyone was staring at me with a disappointing, disgraceful look. Like I was shockingly unacceptable; failing to fulfill their hopes or expectations. Am I that bad? No, Chant. I am perfect, and they could never take that away. I paused to think.
I barked again, "What did you do with Mother?! What are you planning to do with me?!" I was surprised to see him lower and shake his head, and then he almost chuckled.
"Isn't it obvious?!" He yelled, "The tribal markings that flow through your other's family... They have great power. And you have them. You haven't discovered them yet,and that's just what we want. We need those powers for the land that the tribe is on. We did the same to your mother." My heart dropped. My stomach clenched. Tears ran down my cheek, I couldn't believe what he was saying. He pushed my back to the center of the circle with a great force. I flew over. But Shaking the tears of my face and clearing my head, I got back up on m feet. My eyes glowed with fury. The ground parted with my feet and I was floating, they all looked at my with grins, but information rushed through my head. I knew how to use my powers suddenly. I rocketed over to my dad,and grabbed his neck. When I felt my teeth go through his skin, I pulled away with all of my force, ripping a strip of skin clean off. He was gone, but my powers escaped, along with the information. I was left clueless.
I could tell that the rest of the tribes were very angry, so I ran as quick as I could away. They all cased me, seventy wolf mixes behind me. I felt the thrill of running touch my heart, giving me an extra speed boost, along with the boost of adrenaline. One problem. Looking ahead, I saw a cliff, it was a dead end. I looked back to see the tribes racing behind me. They were getting close, I hadto make up my mind. I think I'll be dead either way, and if I die, I don't want it to be in their paws. I ran, and leaped off the cliff. Looking down, I saw water. Fear grabbed me, but I shook it off. I closed my eyes, and let the wind race through my fur, I am at peace with the world.
I splashed deep into the water, and floated back up. It almost felt as if someone was pushing me up. Opening me eyes, I swore that I saw my mother. But the image faded, never to be seen again. When I got at the top, I gasped for air. I looked back up at the cliff. At the top, I saw the tribe members staring down at me. I started to float on my back, so that maybe they would think I was dead, and they would never come looking for me. I kept my eyes open to watch them, I was so far down though, so they wouldn't know if my eyes were ope or closed. When they all walked away, extremely disappointed, I swam up to a near island. It almost seemed like a rain forest. I pulled myself up, exhausted. I felt my eyes close, and I fell asleep right there. Finally away from the tribes, I don't think that I'll ever have to worry about them, or my father again.

Tribe Information:
Image
There is five different tribes of Timber wolves.
One is the Malamute Tribe, the Husky Tribe, the Akita Tribe, and the German Shepherd Tribe. All of them are domestic dogs, but mixed with timber wolves. Some are more wolf than others, some have more domestic in them than others. Chantelle is in the Malamute Tribe because she is a malamute x timber wolf mix.
There are different ranks in each tribe, and depending on your rank, you get a certain piercing.

Leader
There is one leader in each pack. A leader has the most control over the tribe. They control where the tribe stays, what time any events happen, meets with the other leaders, and etc. Leaders get a wrist band on their right foreleg, along with three piercing on their left ear if female, right ear if male. Colors and shapes of piercings and wrist bands depend on the Tribe.

Elders
Elders are the eldest wolves of the tribes. Something happens when the wolves reach the "elderly age" which varies on each wolf, because it happens when hey only have two more years of life left. When this happens, they get a psychic power to tell talents of the younger wolves. When a pup is one month old, the elders look at the pup and decide what talent it holds. Rarely is a pup decided to be leader when it's older. The traits are Leader, hunter, huntress, warrior, or medicine wolf. Elders have the piercing(s) that they had before they became an elder, and when they become in elder they get two scaffold bar ear piercing on one ear, left if female, right if male. Colors depend on what tribe it is.

Warriors
Warriors are like the soldiers, they protect the tribe and fight when a battle occurs between the tribes. Some of them stay awake in the morning and patrol the tribe, while others rest in the day and patrol the night. When in battle, they wear chest plates to protect themselves, shapes, designs, and colors depend on the tribe. Warriors also get the part above their eye pierced. The over eye piercing is usually some type of gold, depending on the tribe.

Hunters and Huntresses
Hunters and Huntresses hunt for food for their tribe, the time for hunting is decided every day by their leader. They get lip piercings, hunters get them on the top lip, huntresses get them on the bottom lip. Colors of the piercings depend on the tribe.

Ack, sorry Banjo, I completely missed your question. You're perfectly allowed if you'd like to PM the donor, but be aware that some designs were made just to donate, and, thus, don't have a prior history. ^.^

@Isa: No problem. Octo may not answer right away, as she's been busy with school, but I'm sure she'll get back to you as soon as she can. :3

I am looking to adopt...
Image
Kennel number: P81

Name: Farai (meaning happiness)
Breed: African Wild Dog Mix

Why do you want this animal and what will you do for it?: I have always admired Spotty and her art, as well as her designs, but none of the ones she's submitted have connected with me enough, though they are all stunning and amazing. I have had little inspiration lately, but Farai has brought it back. She is just so amazing that I could never tear myself away, no matter how hard I try. Her patterns are amazing (I am such a sucker for cats), and everything about her is just perfect. Though I am sure, by the end of this round, I will have a lot of competition, and although I have never won against a number of competitors, I am determined to do my very best. Ah, okay, that probably sounds really cheesy, but it's true. To win Farai would make me extremely happy, and I would cherish her dearly. She would become one of my main characters, and I would likely order lots of art of her. While, yes, I may have many characters, I would try my very best to take wonderful care of Farai, and it would be a complete honor to own her.

Personality: Farai is a bold and powerful creature who is never afraid to speak her mind. She sticks very firmly to her ideals and refuses to let others influence her. She is a born leader, and is at her best when in command. She is intelligent and cunning, and always thinks things through before acting or making a decision. She is fair and just, and when punishment is needed, she always deals it fairly. Her presence is powerful and domineering, and she can easily make a strong impression. While she usually believes she is right, she will usually accept polite suggestions and help. She is usually quite calm and composed, standing strong and proud, although when threatened or angry, she can become extremely, even excessively, violent. When this happens, she can sometimes become out of control, endangering everyone around her, including herself.
Despite not showing it outwardly, Farai cares very much for her friends and family, and is deeply loyal to them. She would most likely do almost anything for them, in order to keep them safe and happy. Farai usually appears confident and in-control, however, inside, she fears that she will let people down by not being a good leader. She hides this fear remarkably well, and nobody even knows that she has it. Farai is usually fairly amiable and easy to talk to, even with her strong personality. She has a unique quality that makes her extremely likable, even though she may come off harsh and unforgiving at first.
Farai is also quite curious, and she is always trying to understand the world. She cherishes knowledge and uses it in many different ways. She appreciates the old stories elders sometimes tell, as it fascinates her to hear about older times and what lessons the elders have to teach. She respects her elders greatly, and is very sincere and kind towards them. Farai is quite adventurous, and is often sneaking off to who knows where, to explore the world, and see what kind of animals and plants live there. She often doesn't go very far, but is often intrigued by what may lay beyond the territory. However, she is smart enough to know that it probably isn't safe to go wandering around in unfamiliar territory by oneself.

History/Background:
featuring Skrin and some completely made up characters that will never be used again.

Farai yawned, opening her jaws wide. The sun was exceptionally bright today, and everyone in the pack was lounging under a tree. She rolled onto her side, letting her tongue slip out of the side of her mouth into the sand. Farai sputtered, spitting sand onto the white marbled wild dog lying next to her.
“Stop that.” Skrin snapped, swatting Farai’s snout with her paw. Farai coughed.
“Sorry,” she muttered. “Sand in my mouth.”
Skrin sniffed. “That’s no excuse. I don’t care if you’re the leader or whatever, you shouldn’t spit on your packmates.” The wild dog stood up and walked away daintily, holding each paw at a delicate angle.
Farai frowned. Despite trying to show equal care to all of her packmates, she could never seem to get along with Skrin. Skrin was just a bother. She always thought she was on top of the world, which bothered Farai greatly. Farai was the one in charge, not Skrin. But no matter what Farai did, Skrin would find some way to disobey her. Farai was deeply insulted by this behavior, but there was nothing she could do about it.
“Is something wrong, Farai?” A deep voice resonated behind her.
Farai turned to see a tall, muscular male. She shrugged. “ I don’t know, Anan. Skrin just doesn't listen."
Anan laughed in agreement. "Don't worry, Farai." He said softly. "I have something in mind that may help her."
Farai smiled. "Thank you, Anan."
The male wild dog nodded and turned away. It still surprised Farai that he listened to her. He was so much older than she was, but he still took her orders without hesitation. She was pleased with it, sure, but it still shocked her sometimes.
She turned back to watch Skrin, her eyes narrowed. It was coming down to the point that if Skrin wasn't able to obey, she would have to be kicked out. Farai didn't want to, as Skrin could be a valuable member of the pack, but there were few options left.
Farai sighed deeply and tucked her paws under her chest. If Anan’s plan, whatever it happened to be, didn’t work, Farai was going to take matters into her own hands. Skrin would be sorry she had ever disobeyed this wild dog.
“Quick! The hyenas!” An alarm call from one of the packmembers raised Farai’s head. She snarled. This ragtag group of hyenas had been tracking the wild dog pack for weeks, and they had done some serious damage to some of the pack. Normally, hyenas stayed away, unless there were defenseless pups around, but this pack was different, confronting the pack themselves. Farai was sick and tired of having to deal with these creatures, but they just kept coming back. The pack was quickly losing strength after fighting with the hyenas so many times, and it was only a matter of time before they lost, and would have to suffer the consequences.
Farai bared her teeth in a snarl. “Anan, Sefu, to me!” She barked.
The two males appeared at her side instantly. “What are the orders?” Sefu asked gruffly.
“Get the pups into the middle,” Farai ordered. “Don’t let any of the hyenas get anywhere near them.” She nodded to Anan. “Grab some fighters who are still in shape. Take the boundaries. Don’t attack until they do. Play it safe.”
Anan nodded, and trotted off, rounding up some of the pack. Sefu growled softly. “Do you know what you’re doing?”
“Trust me, Sefu. I think I’ve got this under control.”
Sefu grunted. “We’ll see.” He turned away.
“Zahra, Aziza!” Farai called to two females standing near the edge of the pack. “Help Sefu defend the pups.”
Glancing around, she could see the pack was more than prepared for action. Everyone was doing something to help, the pups being obedient, the adults helping to round others up and getting in a defensive formation. Everyone, that is, except for Skrin.
Farai let out a sigh of exasperation, but if Skrin didn’t want to fight with the pack, she would have to defend herself, without anyone’s help.
Farai slipped into the front line as the hyenas drew ever closer. Their taunting, insane laughs echoed across the plains.
“Cowards!”
“Safety in crowds, huh? Well, we’ll show you the truth!”
“Aww, look at them all huddled together. They must be scaaaared!”
“Ahahahahahaha little chickens.”
Delu, a young female at Farai’s side, began to shrink down.
“Don’t worry,” Farai said comfortingly, putting her snout on top of the other female’s head. “Just ignore them. They’re just street cons, their words don’t mean anything.”
Delu looked up gratefully, straightening slightly. “Thank you,” she said softly, her eyes wide.
“Of course!” Farai smiled. “Now let’s show these jokers who the real cowards are!”
Delu’s eyes twinkled. “We’ve done it before, right?”
Farai smiled. “That’s the spirit,” she laughed, crouching down. “But remember, don’t be the one to strike first. Wait for their move, then make yours.”
Delu nodded. “I remember.” She mirrored Farai’s stance, watching the group of hyenas intently.
Farai glanced around, and seeing that everyone was in position, let out a sigh of relief. “All right, everyone, hold your stances.”
The lead hyena approached, his eyes narrowed, and spit dripping out of his mouth. Farai resisted a strong urge to gag at the putrid odor around him, and noticed that many of her packmates were doing the same.
He smiled grotesquely, his swollen lips stretching. “Well,” he spat, his voice cracked and slimy. “What have we here?”
“Gazini,” Farai replied, trying not to wince as the hyena’s hot breath passed over her nose. “What an honor to have you join us.”
Gazini cackled, spit flying. “I’m sure,” he snarled. “But let’s not spend any more time with mild chitchat.”
The corners of his mouth twisted into an insane grin. “Let’s get down to business.”
“What do you want?” Farai asked warily.
“The pups,” Gazini said. The rest of the pack snickered. “We’ll leave you all alone if you give us the pups.”
Hissing emanated from the pack. The females crouched down.
“Wait!” Farai called. “Don’t.”
She turned to Gazini, baring her teeth. “You’ll never get them,” she hissed.
“Very well, then.” Gazini frowned. “You’ll pay.”
He nodded his head towards the other hyenas assembled around him. “Attack.”
The wild dogs outnumbered the hyenas, but the hyenas were much stronger. One on one, the pack had no chance. But this pack had teamwork. The multiple times chasing the hyenas off had strengthened the bond between the pack, and hopefully it would work to their advantage here.
The clearing turned into a melee of flailing paws, claws, and tails.
Farai teamed up with a group of females to send a younger male hyena fleeing into the grasslands, yelping the whole way. A couple males were challenging a hyena on the far side of the clearing, while Anan and Sefu tackled an adolescent female.
Glancing around, Farai found that Gazini was nowhere to be found. She narrowed her eyes, skimming across the clearing, but saw no sign of the ruthless male. She frowned. He couldn’t have disappeared, so he must be near, laying low somewhere.
“Watch out, honey,” a slimy voice drawled behind her.
She spun around abruptly, staring into the glowing yellow eyes of Gazini. She yelped as he pressed his paw against her throat, shoving her roughly to the ground.
She coughed, flailing around under the iron grip of the hyena’s large paw. His harsh yellow eyes glittered menacingly as he smiled evilly. “It ends here,” he hissed, drool dripping onto Farai’s muzzle. She coughed.
Gazini’s unnaturally sharp claws flashed as he held them over Farai’s throat.
Her eyes widened, and she flailed wildly in a vain attempt to dislodge him. He cackled wildly. “It’s no use, honey. Now get ready!” He raised them high, and a split second before they would have cut Farai’s throat, a white streak slammed into the hyena’s side, and he lost his grip.
Farai scrambled up, gasping for air. She glanced around to see who had freed her, and when her eyes alighted on Skrin, standing defensively in front of Gazini, her mouth fell open.
The white wild dog smirked. “Didn’t expect to see me here, did you now?” She narrowed her eyes. “Now what are you waiting for, let’s send this fool packing.”
Farai shook off her shock and nodded. She dropped down next to Skrin and bared her teeth, still a little disgruntled by Gazini’s attack.
The two wild dogs snarled and hissed, driving the hyena further and further back, where he was jumped by a small group of other hyenas.
He yelped and backed away. “This isn’t the end,” he hissed. “I’ll be back!”
He turned tail and fled, the rest of the hyena group following him. Farai grinned. The pack was safe once again.
“Now don’t expect me to do that again,” Skrin muttered, turning away to get the dirt out of her fur.
Farai smiled. “Of course not.”

I am looking to adopt...
Picture: Image
Kennel number: P38
Name: Kaira
Breed: Himalayan Wolf
Why do you want this animal and what will you do for it?:

Firstly, I absolutely love the coloration of browns and blues, it makes a based natural design stand out among the others. Gives it a certain pop that you just can't ignore. This character is simple, but that's just how I like my characters. Original, simple, beautiful. She is perfect in all of those ways. She also sort of inspires me, if that makes sense. Mostly, it's because of the wings on her shoulder. To me, it symbolizes taking flight, soaring above the others, the ones who put you down, didn't believe in you, made fun of you. Although in her story, she didn't really have that happen to her, but it could have. She was sort of an outcast, but in time she found her happiness and became a part of the rest of the world. I will put her in her own post on my character thread, as I do all of my characters. If I do win her, I'll most likely be adding to her story, putting more events and details into it. I'll be sure to order art of her from artists that can really bring her design to life, not to mention that I will draw her myself from time to time. I'll be sure to not let this beauty gather dust and left forgotten. <3 If I find a suitable, active rp I may rp her too, if that's alright. C:

Personality:
Before she met him:

Lonely: Without a family or even friends, Kaira had to make do by herself. Days were long, boring, without someone to share every moment with. To make the day enjoyable, bearable. She had been so alone, so lonely.

Depressed: Only slightly depressed at times, though not the happiest animal either. Kaira was alone most of her life, saddened by the packs of wolves she scuttled by every so often. They all had family, and friends, they were happy. But she had nothing to be happy for all day, all her life.

Shy: Hardly having any contact with others, Kaira can be very shy. She's never really communicated with others, and others never communicated with her. Therefore, it's hard for her to be comfortable around others. (in the story when she helps the wolf that was being attacked, she doesn't seem very shy, but that is because she kind of connects with him, but she doesn't know why, he's different from the others that she had seen before)

After she met him:

Open: He changed her, but not for the worse. Kaira became more open, not the shy wolf she had once been. Had someone that she could talk to, no matter what. He accepted her for her, and loved her for it.

Happy: Kaira finally had something to look forward to in the morning. Someone. Her perfect mate, perfect friend. Away from the depressed wolf she once was, she had someone who loved her. Liked her for her, accepted her. Someone to share every moment with. To be happy with.

Likes:
(~=after she met him -=before)
~Her soon to be mate, he changed her life.
~Her friends who she couldn't be more happy for, being friendless most of her life.
~-The waterfall, at which she spent much of her time at.

Dislikes:
(~=after she met him -=before)
~-Being lonely as she once was before she had met him.
~-Bullying, as she never directly was, she knows how it feels to be depressed.
~-Sadness, as she once experienced for a while.

History/Background: Lost in a sea of life. Everyone had a place. A family. Friends. A home. Everyone except me. I was alone. Different. I didn't fit in with the rest of the world. Sometimes it seemed as the world didn't want me here. I had nothing. Nothing besides myself. I only had a spot of which I spent most of my time. A small waterfall, connecting the rest. But yet so far away from any others. It was sucluded, secret. Mine. The only thing I could connect with. The only thing I had. I lived out my life lonely, yet made the best out of it. Daily hunts passed time and gave me something fun to take part in. Although almost always I'd have to pass by a group of wolves. Sometimes different ones. But still all the same. Still nameless to me. Foreign. I'd just ignore them and they'd do the same to me. Everything was just fine. The way it was meant. They didn't make fun of me, bully me, nothing. We made no contact at all. I was alone, but safe. Maybe it was the hints of blue on the fur tuft on the top of my head. Or the wing-like design that made me so different. So unwanted, unloved, alone. That was until he came along of course.

I sat down next to the waterfall at which I spent hours at a time, gazing into the water. Wondering how my life could be different. Quickly shaking away the thought seconds later. It was no use in thinking about that if it would never happen, it'd just make it worse for me. For my feelings. My heart. A loud thump caused me to shoot up. Frantically scanning the forest. And there I saw it. Another wolf. It was lying on it's side, had what looked like fresh cuts all over. Worried, I raced up to the struggling animal, trying to lift itself off the ground. A threatening growl made my heart skip a beat. I recognized that noise before. A mountain lion. Fierce creatures if you happen to get on their bad side. I looked back at the wolf that had been attacked. Now motionless. My heart sunk. Though I have never even seen this wolf around before. Just something about it. Angered I raced towards my new enemy. Hating it with all of my heart. I may not have had much contact with others, but I knew how to kill one. My jaws set onto the sweet spot of it's neck. Latching on. Before it got a chance to fight back. Squeezing unmercifully, the mountain lion went from struggling to limp. Slipping out of my jaws. Averting my attention to the wolf, it was male, around my age. But strange that I've never seen him with any of the other wolves around here before. He had slight scratches all around. But the problem was where a claw dug down to his veins. Blood gushing from the puncture. He had fainted from a combination of the loss of blood, and the anxiety of the attack most likely. Wrapping the wound of his leg with a few ferns stopped the blood flowing out of his body. The sun setting, I fell asleep.

My eyes slowly fluttered open. Not wanting the bright sunlight to blind me. Instead there was a figure standing over me. It was him. Embarrassed, I looked away and stumbled to get up. We just sat there in silence waiting for the other to speak. Until he did. "Thanks for saving me. No one has ever been so brave to do something like that for me." "If you ever need anything, just ask." I just sat there, and replied, "A friend." He grinned. "I think I can make that happen." Everyday since, we had been the best of friends. Soon to be mates. I couldn't imagine going back to life without him. The life I had before. It was so dark. So lonely. So sad. Now life was enjoyable. Every waking moment, I cherished. I wouldn't change the way it is for the world. Nothing has ever caused me to be so happy. This is a new chapter in my life, a new journey to take part in. Maybe I'll even meet a few new friends along the way. Start a family. Who knows, the wonderful possibilities are endless, and I can't wait to accomplish them with him.
