"Relationships are such complicate little things, aren't they?" he said mockingly with a smile.

Cap said nothing, his mind wandering. He and Kara had come very close to going further from friendship, but Bucky's death and then her disappearance ruined that. He had had another chance, but had lost it again. "When it comes to being a soldier, I guess so... Least I've had the chance to have friends." He said sharply, slowing the car as they reached Chicago.

As the vehicle neared the city, Loki got a brilliant idea, one that couldn't fail. Yes, it was wonderful.
He grinned deviously from the back seat, wrapping his fingers around the door handle slowly, pulling it and shoving the door open, not caring if the vehicle was still moving. Springing out of the car, he landed on his feet in a catlike fashion, breaking in to a run and going towards the heart of the city. 
His plan was foolproof. Not even the group of "heroes" could stop this one.

The slender canine made his way to the inner streets of the city, carefully avoiding anyone that might recognise him and turn him in to the police.
He found a tall building, and quickly began to climb up the outside of it, not risking going inside. 
Once he reached the top, he held up his staff, and suddenly the whole city was covered in snow and ice. Everything was going perfectly, so far.

Cap had chased Loki, exiting the stolen vehicle and following. He followed the maniac up the building, where the winds blew fast and powerfully. "What the hell are you doing!? He shouted, confused, but knowing Loki was going back on the goodness he had shown before. Gripping onto part of the building, trying to stay on, Cap fumbled to grab his shield off his back.

"What do you think I'm doing?" the half-crazed god replied, watching happily with a manic grin as snow swirled and fell.

"Obviously something stupid!" Cap snapped back, managing to get his shield and throwing it at Loki to deter him. The shield was blown off course, and plummeted down towards the ground instead. "D*mn!"

"Stupid? Oh no. I'd say you're the stupid one for trying to stop me. Because you're not going to win this time." Loki said with a smirk, increasing the amount of snow that fell, along with more ice and strong winds, they circled around him and blew the emerald cape that hung from his shoulders.

Cap grunted, gripping the side of the building as best as he could. But he knew he was slipping. "At least, shed some light on what it is!"

"If I tell you, you're going to try and stop me." he said with a glare, looking down at Cap.

[byyrde]

"Tell.... Me....N-" Cap lost his grip. He plummeted downwards towards the ground, in a sort of zero-gravity free fall. The winds had finally knocked him off.
