Make me a charrie ( every one gets a prize!!)

Hello, welcome to my contest. I am looking for some one to draw me a charrie, and if I love it enough it may become my fursona.
What I like:
Intricate/complex Designs
unique wings
unique tails and ear
somthing eye catching
blue, white
blue, black
accessories
what i dont like:
gore
demon
pink
blood
Prizes:
Prize group:

1st: 4 pets from prize group and i keep it
2nd: 3 from prize group and i keep it
3rd: 2 from prize group and i keep it
4th: 5 from tradables and i keep it
rest: 1 from tradeables
