It started with disease, followed by devastating natural disasters. Stock markets crashed, governments lost power and people panicked, joining together in groups and violent gangs trying to survive all across the world. In a matter of months, large cities were empty, and civilization as everyone knew it was over. The world is now every man for himself, and there are no signs of improvement. Some choose to roam in large gangs, most violent and unstable with vigilante justice. But there are a few people who have managed to hold onto humanity, tucked away in hard to reach places of the globe. What will you do to survive?

Amongst all of the chaos, there sits a small family farm nestled in the mountains of Appalachia, hidden from gangs. Thanks to the rough terrain of the mountains, the farm has sat relatively peacefully and unnoticed. Gangs are unprepared in the forest, underestimating its power and the family that lives there. If you are lucky enough to stumble onto the farm, its best to make friends, because this might be the only place you have a chance of survival.

"I entered a few days ago, dared by friends to enter the abandoned library. I wasn't surprised when I entered, everything was covered with dust and plants grew around. I tried to leave to say there was nothing interesting here, the door was gone, I blinked and it was gone. That was the first strange thing to happen, others followed. I explored a lot and every room was a surprise, some massive and empty, some filled with beautiful sculptures. Then I discovered it wasn't all normal, doors turned out to be painted on, staircases moved, books erupted into swarms of strange glittering insects and gems shone on the ceilings or floated eerily. Then the noises began. I would be walking along and hear scratching and hissing, then I saw movements in the dark. I learnt that some creatures will attack, some stay away and some even will try to befriend you. What will you do when you enter my world? Will you survive or break-down? When you hear the noises grow close will you..."

Sports

Dragon Racing- Actually half race half fight, the first dragon across the finish line wins.Dragons can refuse to race if they are against it, but remember, this is what they're bred for and it's a natural thing for them. Dragon's have been killed and dissabled in these high speed air races though, so it isn't a safe sport.

Dragon Fighting- Like a dog fight, but with smarter, more ferocious animals. These can run either to the death or to the point at which one dragon has the other pinned. Dragons can refuse to fight if they are against it, but remember, this is what they're bred for and it's a natural thing for them. Dragons are often killed, seriously injured and dissabled durring these events.

Showing- Perhaps the only safe dragon sport, small dragons are shown off in a dogshow like manner.

Nobody is really sure what caused our appocalipse asides from that whatever it was also caused our mutations. It also made our home a cold barren wasteland, at night temperatures are cold enough to kill any human stupid enough not to take shelter, but not us. We are the Fenrir, the wolf children, human in every aspect but sharpened canines, the ability to become huge wolves and our psycic abilities. ~Stuck Between Two Worlds~ An Everlost RP (Accepting)

The car crash was fatal with very few survivors. You remember to how the cars collided in a crunch of glass and metal. Sitting in the passenger's set, you were slowly pulled to the cracked windshield as if time had stopped. A boy around your age met your eyes. he was slowly moving to you from the other car. You closed your eyes as you met at the splintering glass. Then, you were running though a dark tunnel towards a bright light. You weren't sure what the bright light was, but you were mysteriously pulled to it. You herd someone’s footsteps behind you. You curiously turned to see who it was, but your feet stumble. You soon found yourself tumbling through the deep darkness of the surrounding walls. Now here you are, slowly opening your eyes on a leaf covered ground. Looking up, you see that the a face of a girl blocks the sky. Her short red hair dangles from her face and tries to hide her sparkling green eyes. She's smiling at you, happy you've awakened. "Welcome to Everlost," she greets you.

You are stuck between life and death in a world known as Everlost. In Everlost, the living world is viewed in a foggy haze by it's residents. The only thing that in clear focus are places and things that are "dead", destroyed in a past life. The ground of the living world is very unstable to people who live in Everlost, a.k.a Afterlights. Those who are not carful on living ground can easily sink through it to the center of the earth to be never seen again. Water is extremely in the ways it increases the sinking speed to only seconds. Everlost is a world full of kids ranging from nearly five to seventeen years of age. No adults have ever set foot is this land for reasons unknown. When an Afterlight first wakes up from it's nine-month sleep as a Interlight, they notice that they are admitting a weird light from their body. This is their afterglow, a light admitted from a Afterlight that sometimes can reflect their mood. They also realize that they can't take or alter what they are wearing. A person in Everlost forever remains in the clothes they died in. This includes necklaces, hairstyles or anything that happened to be on body. As an Afterlight spends time in their new, their past memories start to wade. Unless they are associated with a "criminal art", Afterlights can easily forget their past life in ways that can alter their appearance or personalities. In this strange world, new lessons are to be learned. It is now up to you what choices you will make and who you will meet along your journey. For in Everlost, nothing is as it seems.

Your domestic or wild, either way. You enjoyed your life every now and then. Until one day, you were put on a boat with other horses and you were scared. You didn't know what was going on, you didn't know where you were going. And then one horse randomly said something about being sold to humans. All the wild horses freaked out about this, They didnt want a human to own them. Meanwhile, the domestic horses didn't mind about it. You stayed on the ship for two days and you hated it so far. Small stalls, horses fighting, horses were getting sea sick, etc. Then at midnight,you were in the middle of the ocean.You woke up to the sound of the thunder, and horses whinnying. You felt the boat rocking,back and fourth. Lighting hit the boat making the horses even more scared. The storm soon got worse. The humans tried to calm you and the horses down, it didn't work. Then suddenly, a big wave was formed. You saw it coming to the ship and when it hit the ship, you hit your head on something and everything went black. You woke up, on a beach. You saw the ship in the water, the surviving horses with you, and you were shipwreck. One horse tells the other horses your on a tropical/deserted island. You were hurt and confused, you would never see your family again, as you were about to say something, you saw a white mare with dark liver stallion behind her. They were walking to you and the surviving horses .The horses tell her what happened on the ship that night and the white mare smiled. She said no humans lives here on the island and thats shes the lead mare of the herd on the island. Will you join or try to survive on your own?

It is a different time. One where technology rules over everything and belief in the supernatural has all but disappeared. As has the Earth that humans once called home. Everything has changed for the humans. After they abandoned their planet to ruin, they developed colonies on planets millions of light years away. The colonies provide everything for a healthy society, making the people bow under rule of the King. The King is the one that provides them eternal life, and makes them beautiful, and gives them whatever they want whenever they want, as long as it follows her laws.
Scientists became surgeons after the new colonies were developed. The most prestigious living under the King herself. The classes separated into planets, arranged in a circle around the largest middle planet- the King's realm. Society has never been more strict, but it has also never been more peaceful, or orderly. There is no crime- as the King predicts wrongdoings before they occur, and immediately has the criminals locked away on a planet far away from the main colonies.
Despite all of this, not all of Earth has died. There were beings, angels, that watched over those beings living upon Earth. And they continued to watch over the beings that they were assigned to since the beginning of time, but the distance between has made their vision grow dim. What happens when they take form of the humans and fall to the colonies? How will they survive under rule of the King? When they are caught, they will be sent to the prison. The place where no one gets out alive. Where immortality no longer exists, not even for the supernatural.
