For those who are looking to get critiques on their forms, you can now request critiques at the brand new Critique Cafe! ^^

To request a critique, fill out the form there and link to the form you want critique on and someone will look it over and give you their opinion on it. You can also give critiques of other peoples' forms there - just be sure to follow the guidelines in the main post, and check if the person wants their critiques PMed or posted.

I'm one of the 'official' critiquers, but to avoid giving unfair advantage I can't give critiques on TaN forms that are currently entered in a round; the others can though, and I'll critique any other adoption agency's forms or TaN forms that are no longer entered in a round. :3

In my mind he's a male but he can be female if you want. I was going to keep him because he's so darn cute but I decided against it. x3
