Jinx is a male, cow-sized Jellybean dragon, as big as they get. His picture and colors can be seen above.

Personality:

Independent- Jinx is a bit of a loner. He doesn't really want everyone to be his friend, and can get bugged really easily if he's with a big group for a long time, especially when he's with younger Jellybean dragons. He doesn't like to be ordered around to much, and is terrible at team work. On his own, however, he works great. He becomes very relaxed and on-task, and can do almost anything that he wants to (within reason, of course).

Listener- While he's certainly not the best at talking to others, he's a great listener. He can remember almost anything that someone says to him if he puts his mind to it (which is why he's a messenger). He's both good at eavesdropping and spying, on the darker side of this, but is also good on the lighter side, as well. When he actually makes a close friend, he'll really listen to their problems and try to help them if they want him to, and won't reveal a secret for anything.

Serious- Jinx certainly isn't the happy-go-lucky Jellybean dragon anymore that he used to be as a child. He focuses on his work more than anything else, and often considers joking around a waste of time. This is one of the reasons that he's not exactly the best with younger Jellybean dragons. As a friend, he's less of a friend to joke around with than a friend who's willing to risk his life to save yours. While he tries not to be grumpy, he certainly doesn't try to be happy every moment of his life.

Leader- Although he prefers to work on his own, when it's necessary, Jinx will try to automatically take on the role of leader and guide the others to either safety or their destination. He's good for this role, as he won't space out on the job, and will make sure with his life that everyone that he's taking care of comes out of the situation safe. When looking over the others becomes his job, he will try to think of nothing else.

Energetic- When he doesn't have some kind of work to do, Jinx likes to get out all of his energetic energy in any way he can- this is usually running. Jinx loves to run, and can spend hours on end moving at a solid pace. Even when with other people, he can sometimes have random bursts of energy, which are sometimes the only times when he acts completely silly and careless. This usually embarrasses him, but he learns to get over it.

Collected- Most of the time, Jinx is very calm and collected, and always tries to stay on top of things. With one or two other dragons, he can actually be quite calm, and a little social. He never really 'spaces out' unless something really traumatic just happened, and he's trying to keep his mind on that. He's very practical, and his idea of fun is exploring a new area, or delivering a new message to a person or place that he hasn't seen before.
Jinx, while he wouldn't admit it, is a good eavesdropper, and prankster. He's great at walking quietly, and has worked behind the

History:

As a child, Jinx was born in a rare form of breeding- he was genetically created through something similar to cloning, due to a high demand of people wanting Jellybean dragons. Because of this, even from the start he had no parents or siblings. He was quickly sold as a young child to a very rich and demanding family, who really only wanted a Jellybean dragon for a status symbol. For a while, he was pampered by the masses of servant children in the house, and occasionally the rich young girl that he had been destined for. This was the time when he received his ear piercings in his right ear. However, the rich girl grew bored of him quickly, and began to notice his faults more often- how he took up space, and exhibited his boundless energy at sometimes not-so great moments. With no other road destined for him but the pound, Jinx ran away.

As a very young teen, Jinx was on his own in the wild. This really didn't pose much of a problem. He used his natural instincts to find fruit and bugs to eat, and had no problem with sleeping under trees or in hollow logs. The only problem posed to him were the searchers. Being a rich and spoilt child, his previous owner suddenly took a love to him and wanted him back- whatever it cost (qutie literally). Searchers raided the forest where he lived. Jinx, over time, learnt to stay quiet, listen for important information, and to RUN. Running became his passion; the way that he survived. Soon, he ran away from his past, out of the forested area where he had spent all of his living memory in, for the future.

Until his late teens, Jinx spent his time exploring the world; looking and discovering anything he could. It was a life of complete joy, and was basically all play and no work. Jinx's life was devoid of danger; of sadness, and boredom. He lived like this for quite a while. Until he realized that other Jellybean dragon's lives weren't quite as amazing.

Often times in his wanderings, Jinx would find Jellybean dragons in similar situations to him; albeit scared and lonely, instead of overjoyed to have independence. He was reminded that all Jellybean dragons weren't as well-off living alone in the wild as he was. He didn't want their lives ruined, even if the same thing had been his salvation. He swore to help them, using his running skills to take messages from Jellybean dragons that were hidden and living in different parts of the area to others. After time, it evolved into more than just helping the needy; he would happily take messages from JBDS living with humans to others that were well-off, as well. The messenger system became his life. During one message where he had to cross a wide river that was decidedly less than safe, he got injured in the sharp rocks in the riverbed, and had to be cared for for a while by the dragon that had received the message. He got the leather 'bandages' as a gift from the dragon who cared for him, and somewhat befriended him along the way.

Current Life:
Messenger- Jinx's most commonly job is a messenger. His love of running and ability to remember things him makes him perfect for this job. He'll travel for days on end across all kinds of terrain to deliver a message from one Jellybean dragon to another. He also enjoys this job because he can be alone for almost all of it, minus the actual delivering of the message. Being a messenger gives him a lot of time to explore the world, and see a continuous stream of new things that he hasn't before.

Spy/Eavesdropper- In a crisis, however, Jinx can do a lot more than deliver messages. He can easily sneak unnoticed into most anywhere, as long as it isn't ridiculously guarded or watched over- like almost all Jellybean dragons, he hates fighting and tries to avoid it whenever he can. His determination on these kind of rare missions gets to the point of insanity, and he'll risk his life without thinking about. It gets to the point where he thinks about it like a video game.

Out of the loop- Jinx grew up in a very old-fashioned family when he was young, and lived in the wild most of his remaining childhood. He has no idea how most modern electronics work, and even simple things like electricity and faucets still amaze him. He can get confused very easily when he's out in the wild, or near human areas. When he gets dangerously close to people, his downfalls are always things that he doesn't understand, such as security systems or other various technologies.

Melo smiled at his old friend and raced after him.
He slid to a stop next to him and smiled sympathetically.
"I haven't heard from anybody since this mess started" Melo admitted.

"C'mon Slowpoke, lets get to this tree-thing and we can talk in a safer spot" he said, smiling and
taking off again, running towards the tree. He looked behind himself to make sure Ki was coming still.

When he turned around he noticed he was running way to fast towards the way too close tree.
He skidded to a stop, forehead smacking into the trunk with a solid thud.
"Ouchie!" Melo whimpered, shaking the diziness away as he rubbed his head and looked back at Ki.
Recap:
Melo races after Ki. He passes him, then looks back, unintentionally running
into the trunk of the birch tree with a thud. He rubs his forehead as he waits for Ki.

Kiwaro was surprised his little friend passed him up so quickly as he shot towards the large tree "Hold on Melon, watch out for that-" a loud thud was heard and Ki cringed. "Tree..." he sighed as he trotted up to the lumbering birch. It was still finely wooded around the tree too. They would be hard to find here. He would thank Ananiem later...

"You okay there?" he tried to hold back laughter but couldn't help but chuckle faintly as Melon turned around to face him. He noticed Rune and a couple of others nearby as he took a seat near then, offering with his tail for Melon to come join him. He began to speak, stern but straight to the point. "Whew, that was a close one , I made sure to erase our tracks and send them on the wildest goose chase of their lives... heh... where is everybody else?" Kiwaro had failed to notice the openings under the tree, they were well hidden for anyone who had not witnessed the other jbd's vanish inside.

"Oh, by the way, this is Rune.. I met him before you were even able to talk Melon.." the great dane jbd laughed again as he also introduced Rune to Melon. "Oh and Rune, this little fella has been with me up until I had to go to the city... he's a real cool bro of mine." He added in lastly, glancing to the other jbd's, wondering if they would give him an answer or introduce themselves to Melon as well.

Recap: Kiwaro appraoches everyone at the base of the tree and asks where everyone else is and introduces Melon to them.

"Yeah, im good... I REALLY need to stop doing that" Melo said, giggling to himself.

"Hi! It's nice to meet you" Melo greeted Rune as he took a seat next to Ki, still rubbing his head absentmindedly. "Stupid trees always sneakin up on me" he muttered to himself, looking around at the tree and the other JBDs...

Sofethol was feeling cheered after talking to Rune, so he lapsed back into his strange, slightly poetic way of speaking, which for him, was normal. "Sofethol, and since you simply didn't already know who I am, I'll just have to turn you into a number one fan. Painter extraordinaire, at your service." He said as he introduced himself to Melon, then he turned to Kiwaro, "Ananiem and the others went under the tree, to where however is unknown to me." He motioned with his tail to one of the tunnels poking out from between the roots, barely visible, "Rune could not fit, so with him have I decided to sit."

Wispa is a Jellybean dragon who likes to have things secure. She needs to feel that everything is patted down and for sure that everything is good to go. During the process, she might go a little over bored, so others would say things to her to slow down. She is a fast thinker, and therefore can get anxiety. When this happens, she often stays quiet and doesn't say anything whatsoever. So it's completely her fault, it just happens when she needs to rush others, or move things. Her effects to actions are quite quite and detailed. She will do things that surprise many, although herself she sees as a spaze, which makes her wonder what all the others think, and when she does it's always not good thoughts. She is weak to so many things that she keeps herself bottled up. Thus causing her to reflect on her bad side. She could get a heart full of stone in one second. She is expected because of the scarf. Many think there has to be a story behind that scarf, and there is. This scarf that she wears, is a symbol of herself, and it was to be taken away, a part of her would be taken away. Wispa is always quite to snap back, she doesn't like fighting, or rude beings. She would defend herself, or some other, in a moment's glance. Although some times, she would just keep her mouth shut. She expressed herself in many ways.

This Jelly has habits that make her who she is. She tends to speak rather intelligently. She uses big words and puts them in in the best sentence she can. She always ponders for brief moment, but this isn't all the time. She can say things that aren't really her. Always she things to long. Not in conversations, but in thinking matters, if it's important she will have to think for a long time to finally come up with the right choice that she feels. It's a safety thing she has. She has mood swings. Some times bad, good, short, long, serious, or anything else that falls under those categories. It depends on the situation of course, because she won't if it's irrational. Her main mood swing id depression, this can happen because of her history. She can't really control this, but some times she can. Wispa is a very timid JBD as well. She can scare easily, but little times she doesn't. She alwso tries to keep herself balanced, but this is hard for her because it's a weakness.

Besides all the quirks, all the weaknesses, Wispa is a happy-go-lucky JellyBean Dragon. She is tons of fun to be around, and can always figure out where to go if there is nothing to do. She is very optimistic in her own way and enjoys loving so many things. She loves the simple and clever things. She can be silly and could always go for a good laugh, it's meaningful and many do en joy her around. She is the best she can be but always try to improve herself. Wispa is athletic to, full of energy. She can always climb mountains and go for long walks, she is great at anything, like sports and many other things. If she is lazy, she will have jitters. She also wants to eat healthy and eats grass or delicious fruits.

History:
Her parents died in a forest fire. Then she travled with her brother, until he past away, and now she is on her own. To sum it up.

"Hi Melon." Rune smiled. Melon, Sofethol, Lemon, and the others.. there were so many in one place. It was even a little overwhelming for Rune, although he loved the company nevertheless. It was definitely a breath of fresh air from the silence of traveling alone for so long. He looked up to the sky, and noted that it was roughly only noon. It was a slow day even with all of the excitement and new faces.

"Alright, so Kiwaro - I know you. And I've just met Lemon over there, and now Sofethol and Melon. One of the girls' names is Ananiem, right? And then the last one is?" he wanted to make sure he had everyone down in his head. There were probably more, but he only mentioned the ones he knew were present. "Anyway, I think you guys should all stay close together. It's better to better to be found in a group than spread out, that way you always have backup. But you seem to be doing a pretty good job of things so far. It's probably best when someone needs to go somewhere, they always bring someone else with them.." he let his thoughts form into physical words, before getting up and moving over to the entrance that led under the tree. He poked his head in, but went no further, not wanting to harm the tree Ananiem seemed so entranced with. More so, he didn't want to get on her bad side - he was already getting negative vibes from her as it was.

"Hey, you ladies just going to stay down there and stand around, or come up here and join the conversation?" he asked, tail swishing slowly as he awaited a reply. "Of course, standing around is always an option." he smirked.

I plod back with the Coke, deciding to talk a walk through the clump of Pine trees near my temporary camp.
As I near closer to camp, I notice something. Talks.
I notice a few JBD'S near the white birch, and I almost pass out. " Great, now I have to force my way through them" I mutter.
Although i feel a bit better my firend Kiwaro is there, I still feel shy as I sheepishly call out. " Hey "

"Hah, you guys are crazy! And I do believe it's Ananiem and Ixchel, Rune. How do dragons turn into trees?! Buncha weirdos..." he rolled his eyes and laughed as he turned around to scout the area and make sure no humans were near or in sight or sound. Then he heard some shuffling on the opposite side of the tree. Kiwaro peers over only to go back down memory lane as he sees Cloud coming his way in warm greeting.

"What's up babe? How's life been treating ya?" he always had a soft spot for her, more like a younger sister than anything more or less. They had met a couple of times during his visit to a friend of Simon's. Often the two would hang out as their owners would to pass the time and travel around the city causing ruckus. Mostly Ki though, Cloud seemed a bit shy about those things. Nonetheless, he was happy to see more familiar faces...

Location: Birch Tree --- Action: Giving up on Ixchel and coming up

Ananiem shook her head, Ixchel clearly wasn't going to move. "Coming up!" She yelled back, then headed to the tunnel Ixchel wasn't currently blocking and headed up. After a few seconds she climbed out behind the tree and shook her fur clear of dirt, then she padded around to the other side where everyone was.

"I think all you are doing is standing around. But I'll join this conversation anyway. Ixchel doesn't want to move apparently." Ananiem said as she took a spot next to Rune, just noticing the new Jellybean Dragons that had appeared since she had gone down into the tunnels. "I'm Ananiem." The way she said it clearly asked for their name in return. "Thanks for not trying to go into the tunnels." She said it in an off hand way to Rune, but it was a thank you all the same. She snorted at Kiwaro calling her a weirdo, gosh did that JBD get on her nerves, but chose not to reply. It looked like he had already forgotten about her anyway.
