Some general rules even if you don't adopt or donate.

-Make sure the picture is clear,
Donations should look like something you would adopt.

to make sure you can remake those markings and design, as much as getting art for a character is nice from someone else, its even better when you create it on your own, this shows you truly adore that character, and will put some effort into taking good care for them.

Once you're able to remake the markings a good few times, and create a bit of art for them. You should have it established that character could be yours, next you should create a good personality for him/her and a story for them.



1- No drama and to be honest.

2- Please note that all the staff and mini mods have lives and we try our best . Please don't keep on nagging us.

3- There will now be a three strikes rule, each person who posts on the Only Heart have zero strikes, if by the end of the month, you have three strikes, you will lose your chance to adopt!
Things that can give strikes:
complaining/whining or insults
stealing
cheating

4- Don't under any circumstance donate a character/animal that you do not own. This is considered art theft!

5- Don't use lineart that is not for free use or without showing the link back to the original on Deviantart that shows it is for free. We do not accept headshots.

6- No donations based off of CS pets.

7- not to much harsh rules like “no name changed, no marking changing, no mates, no pups, no role-play, no add-ons, no outside CS use unless, no gender changing you get my approval and you have to keep the original story line, and you have to...” its just bad!

8- If a character has found a home before the code drop has been completed you must inform an OH staff about this. If you don't and the character has found a home and you didn't tell a staff member about the new owner, you will be on the black list (which means you can't adopt).

9. We do allow backgrounds



Please read this if you want to adopt

1- You must fill out a form to adopt. Or your request will be ignored. DON'T Pm me your form. Post it here!

2- This adoption centre uses the best form 'wins' style.

3- All animals/characters adopted from the OH are not to be donated to other similar adoption centres. If you no longer have a need for or just can't take care of your adoption, you must return it here. Thank you

4- If a donation has not been added to the kennels, you may NOT post a form for it until it is. Users who break this rule will be
on strike.

5- You must write all parts of the form yourself. No forms with any part of them written by anyone else, regardless of whether you paid them or not! Its just fair.

6- You may only try for two pet/character at a time (2 per code drop). As soon as the code drop is complete you then you may post a new form. yay!

7- don't complain about not receiving a character/pet from the code drop don't spam the person who had gotten them. These will automatic ban you.

8- Any pet/character that has been donated a day or two before the code drop will be saved for next weeks drop, for example if a character/pet was donated on Thursday and the drop is Friday, that character's will be given out the next week, giving you lots of time to add or do a form

9- Do not complain if you missed the code drop. We usually tell when we're starting.

10- When doing art of the character you are trying to adopt you can use a lineart for the 'other' part of the form. But onlt if the artist lets you.

Why do you want this animal: i need new characters and i think he would do great in a new story i am working on! If I do get him, then all I would need is his human, which would be very simple.
Personality: He is a very bull-headed straight shooter that doesnt give up at all on anything ever. He doesnt feel that his human should give him orders, which is common, but his human loves to give orders to him like he is a pet. They are working on that lol
Loves: Black Veil Brides and flying in the middle of the night. Oh! And causing trouble lol
Hates: when his human tells him what to do.
History/Background: His human was very young when he found Chasm, and had run away from his abusive family. Chasm had decided to teach him to be good, but hasnt done a very good job since Jace (his human) found the Rebels, who all have creatures as fimiliars, and the rebel who trained him always bossed his lion familiar around, so he thinks he should do the same. There is this one Griffin, however, that has caught Chasm's eye. That would be Kena's griffin, Topaz. He is trying to woo Topaz and trying to keep his human out of trouble while trying to cause trouble himself. He sometimes just needs a break, but, hey, dont we all?
Other: i really hope I get him... he would be very cool in my story...

Personality: very laid-back, and smooth. She is smart, calm, and always very relaxed. When something overwhelming happens, she has to calm every molecule of her being to be able to think clearly.
Loves: Meditating
Hates: loud noises and crowds. they cramp her style.
History/Background: She was born in a zoo where she was not ever happy. She wanted to explore the world and find her real family that the zoo took her from when she was a cub. She did escape the zoo, but she wasnt happy. She didnt know where to go, and ended up heading towards New York City. There, she found her human. She was a hippy who lived in a big rainbow van and sold tie-die shirts for a living. They found the Rebellion and she made a pack of a bunch of big cats where she is the leader because of her smart and calm nature.
Other: i just really want her for my story and i will draw both her and Chasm a lot and i really want to win her.
