Chief- Brown, black and white dog.
Gloss- Dark brown and light brown dog.

Gloss huffed and stomped her paw. A small bruise was beginning to form on her head. "Drat." She said quietly.

Chief looked over at Gloss and saw the bruise. He ran into his den and licked out some herbs for bruises. He gently applied then to were the bruise was forming.

Gloss smiled. "Thanks, Chief." She said. The alphaess reached over and kissed Chief's nose.

Chief blushed and wagged his long tail, "No problem Gloss." he whispered into her ear. He kissed her nose back and began to slowly reach his tail towards her's.

Gloss smiled and took a deep breath in. She had a warm fuzzy feeling in her chest. Gloss rested her head on the Delta male's shoulder.

Kent saw what was happening and decided to go in.
"Hey." He said. " Your Delta male. Not alpha male. It's my job too win Gloss's heart" He said proudly

Chief ignored Kent and looked towards Gloss, "Hey Uh..Gloss..?"he finally decided he would confess. It was the best idea so he wouldn't ever loose her.

Gloss was shocked. She jerked her head up and gave Kent a harsh stare. "Kent," She said gently. "Any rank could be the mate of the alpha." She heard Chief speak and she perked her ears. "Yes, Chief?" She asked kindly.

"I find that what Kent said a bit late because...I love you."Chief said sweetly, tail still reaching out to twine with Gloss's.

Gloss wrapped her arms around him and burred her nose in his fur. "Oh Chief.... I love you, too." She whispered.

Kent ran off and sat on the grass, watching Chief and Gloss having fun together, and wished that was him. He fell asleep and had an amazing dream that they were sitting together on the front porch. Licking each others noses.He woke up to reality and another tear dropped from his snout.

I hope I didn't do Chief's markings wrong. :B
