Why do you want to become an artist: Because I have loved on Docksens ever since they were released, and I was the second one to try out for the first Docksen ever made. Becoming an artist for Docksens would make me incredibly happy, probably the happiest thing and proudest achievement on CS if I did get it.
Can you use Oekaki: Most definitely.
