Any extra conditions?:

He must have a home in a character thread/website, and I'd like a link.
Minor design changes are okay, as long as the design remains mostly the same. Some small accessories (necklaces, collars, bracelets, ect) can be added.
I'd prefer he remains a winged canine or feline of some type.
Also, I'd prefer you don't make him "evil" just because he's red and black. If something happened to him to make him look this way, then you can ignore that rule.
If you adopt and want to use this as a reference, I'd be happy to add/change anything that needs to be changed. Just let me know. =3

Any extra conditions?: This little one was born deaf, and cannot hear anything. I would prefer the gender to be female...although this design as a male would be kinda weird anyway O-o

Careful with the image sizes there - as a guideline, donation images should be about signature-sized. Much larger than that and they start getting difficult to work with and are less likely to be accepted. If the design has a high level of detail that needs a larger image to show it off well, you can always submit a smaller version with a link to the full-sized version.
