Name:
Exuiliouns
Gender:
Female?
Personality:
Sweet, kind, patient, and shy all make up the outside of Exuiliouns. She is a very sweet and timid girl, often at your side, staring up at you with the slightest bit of concern. She would wait as long as it takes to make you happy, or when you are off to go to an errand. She doesn't mind lingering around the house or area, because she is full of imagination, making her own adventures every day. She is shy when there are new people or strangers around, often trying to please them hesitantly. She would usually hide behind your leg, and wave a small wing half-heartedly. She is often mistakened for a rather low girl, but, once you know her, she is truly like the sun, brightening everyone's day. She often like to paint, showing her artistic side with an ink bottle, and an extended claw. She uses careful and delicate stroke when painting, trying not to harm anything. Because of this, Exuiliouns is a motherly type of dragon; using all her knowledge to help and heal others. She would climb up onto a chair, and sit beside you, examining your body language. She would stay close to your heels during an outing, wether it is hiking, shopping, or a stroll, she will not leave your side, fearing that she would get lost. She can be a jester at times, all clumsy and giggly, falling over to her side with a blush. She doesn't want any mistakes or bad descisions to arise, so she decides and does her work carefully; seeming to be a perfectionist. Many things summarize Exuiliouns's personality, but the biggest one is love. She cares most about the people close to her, sitting in their lap when they need to be comforted, or showing them a drawing, sometimes making them laugh. Even if the person was a hare, she would show the same respect and love to it as she does to you. She loves all creatures, no matter how big, or small.
Why do you wish to have him/her:
The color clash between reds and blues brought me to this girl, expressing creativity and curiosity. She looks to be an adventurer, the symbol bringing in new discoveries and places. The red reminds me of exotic flowers in the hillside, swaying in the breeze effortlessly, intimidating the other creatures to come closer. The blue reminds me of the comforting bodies of water, especially the ocean. Its water comes and goes, refreshed and polluted, every day and every night. But, out of that, the ocean is always appreciated, by animals living in its midst, and people swimming in it. I also like how it describes that her rune species makes her attract lost souls, supposably like a guide.
Where will you keep him/her:
I will put her in my siggie, but also character thread, making art of her when I can. I will also order art of her, and perhaps write a background story on her, giving in information that I haven't used here. I will write poems, some haikues, and maybe even make a full sceen, colored, backgrounded Oekaki for her. C: who knows? The possibilities are endless...
Would you like to breed him/her in the feature:
Yes, I would like to breed Exuiliouns in the feature, to see if she will make goregous hatchlings. But also to see the various color combinations that can be set out from the two parents, it would be rather entertaining.^^
Any Quirks:
Considering that she has no hands, Exuiliouns finds an artistic passion inside of her to paint. Pair you would say? Yes, paint. Even though she is a mere hatchling, showing no signs of experience nor knowledge of the arts, she shows a bunch of potential, her paintings going up for thousands of dollars. She usually paints with her claws and feathers, looking honed with experience as she would dip them in paint, and make smooth, elegant lines. Her pictures are often living things, like animals, humans, and sometimes the natural scenery around her. She keeps most of her prized artwork, but gives a few to auction, splitting the money for her and for charity. She also has another Quirk; she loves to sing. Strange as it may be, she knows almost all the other dragons have no passion for this, using their voices with rough growls and hisses. She likes to sing with a light, cheery tune, making her voice smooth as silk. She receives applause from the neighbors when she sings, usually sittig ouside the window of the house, shyly looking down. She does admit that this is an unusual behavior, but she continues to sing, making everyone around her, even herself, cheer up.

Story:
The bright, orange harvest moon of October shone through the silhouettes of the looming trees, casting a dreary shadow. Step by step, I work my way alongside the steep mountain, the trees and foliage making the ground look like a black hole; no light anywhere. The autumn moon only gave so much light, as if giving more would make it explod. My boots fell to the ground with soft crunches, made by the crackling leaves. I lift my head up high, looking at the moon with a slight smile. This was the most interesting night she has ever seen. The merely warm air was comforted by soft cold breezes, rustling my jacket, as my hoodie began to move more to one side. I put my hand onto my back, rearranging the hoodie. I then trotted up the mountainside, almost halfway up. The trees have blocked some of my view, if not all. I sighed, knowing I should stop at the top. Then, I heard a rustle of leaves, followed by a glowing rune. I spotted the rune out of the corner of my eye, and blinked, knowing that this wasn't true. But, as my mother says, looks can be deceiving. So, concluding to this, I followed the rune, seeming to draw me closer and closer, with a comforting aura, that of reassurance, hope. Once I got near, I gasped at the site. It was an elderly rune dragon, helping a hatchling stand. The hatchling's eyes were open only halfway, as if it was just as sleepy as I was. I shook my head, before kneeling down infront of the creatures catiously, hoping not to scare them. In my slightest hope, I was amazed how the elderly one just came up to me, putting the hatchling in my arms. The elder, looking like a comet rune dragon, merely smiled, and we both exchanged a look we could interpret: sympathy. I had felt sad for the small hatchling, it's red feathers dark in the autumn night. The rune glowed slightly, seeming to radiate weakness and youth. This hatchling, whose name was unknown, let out a tiny mew, sounding like more of a cat. It buried it's small, fragile head in the crook of my arm, snuggling for warmth. I opened my jacket, putting the tiny thing beside my chest, using my arm to support its feet. The elder came closer, it's rune visible, looking more like a star. She used her head and beckoned at me, before licking the hatchling. I gulped, knowing she wanted me to care for the poor thing. I nodded my head instinctively, almost knowing that, what I was about to do was for the life of this hatchling, for it radiated a sense of hope. "I-I will take care of it," I said to the elder. Boy, it seems rediculous to talk to a creature that cannot respond, but it was alright. The elder had a sparkle in her eye, saying, Yes, I understand well, child. Take care of her, for she deserves to live. I looked back down at the hatchling, smiling. For this cold, mysterious, autumn night brought a gift; a gift no one can repay. "Alright," I huffed, getting warmer from the hatchling's body heat," I will name you Exuiliouns, because your coloring is mysterious and deceiving." the hatchling gave a small smile, as if it did agree with the name well. "I would like to say t-" I started, as I looked up. But it was too late to say thank you, for the elder left, making it like a sign of accomplishment.
