Now, I'm not sure if I roleplay meeting the egg or the creature itself, but I'm doing the egg version just in case.:

I creep into a cave and notice three eggs sitting in a cluster, huddled off in a corner. Curiously, I approach them, and the pink speckled egg instantly catches my eye. Fascinated, I move closer and hold out a hesitant hand. "Hello," I whisper, my melodic voice rebounding off the barren walls, creating a small echo. Aislyn, my fennec fox, paces at the entrance, anxious to see what I've found. I ignore Aisie and turn my attention to the egg, runnin my fingers lightly across the smooth surface. "Hello," I repeat, again in a whisper. "Would you like to travel with me, little one? You must seem so lonely here, in this desolate place." After a few moments of hesitation, I begin to tell stories about mine and Aisie's travels, hoping to get the inquisitive creature to greet us warmly with hopes of joining us.
