I'd like to think that people where smart enough not to do stuff like that, but on CS i've seen a lot of stuff happen that i thought people wouldn't do :|

Like, if someone entered with Roonie-Roe's design, I would be able to tell immediately. However, if someone entered with another cheetah/leopard design, it would be harder to tell if they were stealing, or if they just happen to like cheetahs and leopards.
I consider Design theft to be just as bad as Art theft, and to be against the rules of this forum. I don't know if you see it, but in big red letters near the top of the page it says
"Forum rules

Ohhhhh. Okay. What about backgrounds or borders? I'm not sure, but I think I saw some copying coz like two people did similar things one after another.
