I tried to include as many of your likes as possible without making it look too overloaded. So here ya go: Rainbow (not too much xD), dragon scales, feathers, ribbons, glowing markings, unique wings, the necklace and a cutie mark. Oh, and swirls. Swirls rock. :3
I had a lot of fun with those soft colours and the overall design. ^^ I hope you like it, Ainee!^^
