Story: Made fun of from a young age for the way he glowed whenever he felt passionate about something, Leaflet, in his embarrassment, began wearing the mask that you see him in now. Even if it doesn't cover the glowing markings, it gives him some privacy and anonymity and allows him to pretend that he's normal. He hopes that, by allowing himself to still glow when he's happy, that special someone, when he finds them, will know how he feels about them, even if he's too shy to say. Maybe when he's finally close enough to them, he'll feel like he can emerge from behind his mask.

“Determination. Determination is the key to succeeding” I said to myself filled with determination as I walked through the forest. I looked all around the evergreen forest full of many tall tree’s but he seemed to not be in site. All, of a sudden I hear a whistle that sounds like a bird call. I grin and look up in the tree’s only to find Rocket. Growing up i had no friends because of the way i looked. Rocket. Rocket was my only friends and was always there for me. He smiles down at me and the inside of my stomach flutters. He jumps down in a perfect landing. “I was looking all over for you” I said smiling. He nuzzled me softly and I couldn’t help but smile. “Look, I have to tell you something” I said as calm as possible. I could barely hold my emotions in. “Yeah sure you can tell me anything” he said smiling and looked at me with his sparkling blue eyes. “I-I..” he smiled and kissed me lightly on the lips. “I love you” I said with a deep breath and he just smiled “I know” he said and curled himself around me.
