Let's face it: Blue Merle is a wonderful fur pattern for dogs - but it's incredibly difficult to draw. XD I did my best, though, trying to stay somewhere in between cartoon and realistic colouring....

Are these already too many accessories? I wasn't sure about that, but it looked wrong without the socks...

Also, I left out the hat on the head reference because I wanted to show the ears and the whole hairstyle.
