As far as we can tell the slots are not open, they usually only open when Hiccup posts to say so. Hiccup will post who the new GA are on the first post :3

I was confused because LabelMeGold and loveTHATwolf said the slots opened, so I was thinking Hiccup posted that they were open on the fanclub or something. :s

Oh, hang on a moment, if the mods opened the slots, then they're already filled; they just can't edit the first post listing all the new GA. If you look at the first four people to post forms after the mods opened the slots, chances are, those are the new GA. So long as they hadn't been guest artists before...

My new assumption is that the slots, were open, but are now filled for this week c:

sorry for the confusion guys. After I edited the first post, I headed to post that the slots were open, but people had already posted forms, so I didn't xD I guess that was silly, but anyway, the slots were open, now closed. I'll add the new guest artists in a sec.
