No, JBD adopts is just the central hub where you get JBDs, making one outside of JBD would get you in a lot of trouble.=)
So no, no you can't.

;^; yah... it seems to happen around 10 that the slots open and at my moms where i can actually cop the form, im asleep by then, and at my dads, where i cant copy the form, im wide awake and its kinda like... e-e torture... "XDDD
