"Please, Reielen, can you please take me to the river?" The young heiress begged her babysitter. Reielen snorted at her, "If you continue to pester me, I will throw you to the badgers..." she growled, her ears flat as she glared at young Serafina. Serafina flinched, crouching down, "B-but, I-I'll tell daddy what you said!" she cried, looking fearfully as the dark gray she-wolf. She could have sworn her fur turned a slight red shade as she gazed at her, wide-eyed. Reielen eyed her for a moment before she smiled suddenly, "Well of course we can go to the river, darling..." she murmured in a sweet voice, nudging Serafina gently towards the exit of the den. "Really?" Serafina gasped before she gave a leap of joy, racing out of the den in a flurry of excitement. What she didn't notice was the cold smirk on Reielen's muzzle as she trailed after her.

"This is the river?" Serafina murmured, gaping at the water that lay before her. She was sitting at the bank, watching as the river swirled past her. She glanced back at Reielen, "What makes it move so fast?" she murmured, but before the she-wolf could answer she had leapt up, giving a shreik as she leapt into the first few inches of the water. Silvery droplets sprayed around her and she laughed happily, watching in awe as they fell back to land back in the water or onto the bank. Reielen watched the young cub as she leapt about playfully. When she was sure the cub was completely intranced in her games she stood, slowly crawling towards her. With a screech of triumph she leapt at the pup, shoving her backwards into the water. The pup didn't even have time to yelp before the water filled her nose and ears and mouth. Reielen watched as the pup was sucked down with the current, her glimmering tiara sinking deep into the river. Reielen smirked, allowing her fur to take its natural red coloring again. She grinned, her sharp fangs gleaming white as she slowly padded away.

The young heiress was never seen again.
