Set in the fantastical desert city of Tal'Qar which was abandoned by humans, the felids live. Trouble is, the bulk of the cats are under the rule of the Royal Sand Cats and their guard force, the Legion, who are ruthless towards crime of any sort. However, with rules come rebels and the Black Oath are out to inconvenience the Legion in any way possible...
