I like him so far...

I would prefer if you chose to go with only one neon, preferubly the green, or added a third color.
right now it's between dark and brightly colored in my mind.
I like the stripes on his back!

I think it's really good!
There's not anything else it really needs...

Just suggestions, because it's already great,
you COULD add glow arround the wings,Edit: I see you already added glow, oops:) or give him a necklace or somthing, but it's already good, so don't over do it if you decide to



Also a suggestion of a name and personality could help you, and esspecialy a backstory
