I have no idea where the capitol would keep their creations but before these guys are let loose they're fitted with a leather collar and a tight fitting muzzle, just in case it were to break out of it's cage and bite your head off XD

When me and my dad went to see the hunger games and they let loose those things my dad's like "Well that's just no fair." And i was like "I wonder who's gonna die first."

I was actually really dissapointed with the Mutts in the movie, they were supposed to resemble the dead tributes, and when I read the book I was really eager to see what they could do with that concept in the film but.. eh.

All I'll say is this, despite what you heard elsewhere, the book is a million times more fantastic then the movie.
Then again this is usually the case with books that have a film based upon them, lol.
