Do runner ups count towards your 2 JBDs? I currently have 2really good forms in one of my created JBDs and I'm afraid to choose the winner!

Yes they do.:3 So if you have already created two a runner up could not happen. It would be unfair yes? The limit is two but if you made a runner up or each it would be four, get it?x3

All the JBD's you make count towards your two limit. One for yourself, counts towards it. Runner-ups count towards it. Normal adoptions count towards it.
