"Wonderful!" Windy said cheerfully, and started in the direction that you pointed. Filly strode loyaly by her heels. Both knew you were following, and as you got farther in, you started smelling something incredibly sweet, that made Shasara chatter excitedly.

He smiled softly before taking your pokeballs, and hooking them into a machein at his waist. It took only a few seconds before he gave them back, left, and took a minute before coming back with your food. "I hope its well. Just ring this bell if you would like my services" And with that, he left the bell on your table and strode off.

The man smiled and nodded. "Wonderful!" He took out a small, purple string tie bad from below the counter, and began naming off Berrys as he put them into the bag. "Cheri, Chesto, Pecha, Rawst, Leppa, Oran, and Perism." When he was done, he slid the bag towards you and smiled once again his old-timer smile. "Do you need me to explain any of them to you?"

I sniffed the air delicately. "What's that?" I asked, reaching up to pick a Pecha berry off the tree. I split it in half, then split the havles into half again. I handed 1 to Windy, 1 to Shasara and 1 to Filly, leaving one for myself. I took a big bite and sniffed again. "What is that?" I asked again.

"Of course you can!" Smiled the man. From under the table, he pulled out a basket full of asorted barries. "So, what'll it be, Ma'am?"

I grinned at him and looked over at Meiji. "What kind of berrys do you like best?"P lifted him closer to the basket, and poointed to one I had loved as a child. "Spicey is always my favorite taste, but they all taste really good!"

My eyes glitterd with curiousity at the sight of the pink item, and I slowly took it from the boy. Turning it over in my hands, I studied it, in hopes to find out what it actually was. "It's so pretty.." I murmured softly, continuing to turn it over in my hands. Somehow I reconized the item, but couldn't remember what it actually was.

"Well, heading to town may be a smart idea. You could by potions or battle other trainers there. But you could also head into the forest. Pokemon and trainers are also found there." The professer said with a smile.

As you exit the Pokemon Center, you wonder what to do next. Perhaps train? Or go shopping?

Attention!

Loud bells and chimes break out, causing everyone to pause. Soon a speaker turns on, and the words are loud, but clear. "Attention, everyone! The Gym has opened!" At the words, many, people started to cheer, and everything seemed to get a lot louder. In the distance you could make out a path, flowers and berry bushes along the sides. At the start of the path, a boy with a net was waiting for someone, and farther up the path another boy with the next. Excitement welled up inside of you. This was it, the gym had opened.

All right, let me explain things. In order to battle the Gym Leader, you must battle the two boys and pass. Both only have 1 pokemon. One has a level 5 Caterpie, and the other has a level 5 Weedle. Chesta, the Gym Leader, has 2 pokemon. A level 9 Ledyba and a level 12 Spinarak. Your pokemon must be level 10 or lower to battle her. No higher then that. If you beat Chesta, you will get 2,000 dollars, the Bug Badge, and you'll be able to train pokemon up to level 20.
Here is the thing. Even if you want to do Contets, you have to battle Chesta. If you dont battle her, you can't have pokemon higher then level 10, and you can't move on to the next town. That is just how it works. Happy battling. :3

I thought for a moment, stuck on what to do."I think I'll go to the forest, practice there and catch another pokemon."Thanking the professor, I turned and left.Exiting through the door I approached the forest.

I decided that I wanted to train Gale. "Come out Gale!" Gale appeared from his pokeball and greeted me happily. "We need to get ready so that we can battle Chesta."

She started off in the direction of the smell, and as you follow, you notice the smell getting stronger and stronger, untill eventually you brake though to a clearing with several strange bug pokemon buzzing around a tree.

The man picked up the berry you pointed to, and put it in a little bag. Meiji excitedly ifted though the basket, and picked a small blue one. It seemed slightly dry, but Meiji was extatic about it.
"Would you like anything else?" The man ask, smiling to you happily, and putting the berry Meiji picked in the little bag.

Lady
The boy nodded, and shrugged. "I never found out what it was for, but maybe you can?" With that, the boy looked around with a straight face. "You should probobly go to the pokecenter, Im going to go and traing some more."

Me
"Alright Ben!!" I call happily. Gently, I take out his pokeball, and return him. "Sorry I cant fight with him longer. I didnt want him to suffer though anymore poison."

"Ah, cool! Combee!" I exclaim, taking out a Pokeball. I whisper "I think I'll catch one. Shasara, use Bubble on the one there, yeah that one, on the left." I run my finger over the smooth surface in anticipation of the catch.
