I'd like to use my elixer of appello (sorry if I spelled that wrong) on this male. I would like to rename him Stars of the Rainbow (or for short Star)

ah, im confused a little. if it says that the adoptable slots are like... closed... does that mean i cant adopt one until theres one that says its not claimed? i dont know because i dont know what one looks like when it is not adopted yet...

Sorry, there are no vulpes currently for available for adoption, although I'm sure Mihochi will release some more soon.

Yeah. All the adoptables have been adopted. Once a new litter is up, you'll be able to fill out the provided form to get them. They look like eggs, as shown in the current ones, and then grow up. c:
