I believe you can even if you do not own a jbd, because I made some lines without owning a jbd. Hope this helps, you might wanna see if Crhy knows or some other mod

And yes, you may make some without owning a JBD. And I do bealive all lines are accepted, but I don't think hiccup can get around to tracking all the links down and editing the front page.:3

I just have one thing to say:

I think that it's unfair that all the JBD's need art. I don't have Java, or any talent whatsoever, so I cannot do the art

I have wanted one of these guys for quite a while, only, as I said before, I can't because they all need art.

Is there any way you guys could make a few that don't require art? It would be greatly appreciated!
