On the Saturdays Hiccup can get to it, she opens up the slots and the first four people for post the form gets in. So it doesn't really matter who wants to or not.:3

When Hiccup opens the slots, the people interested fill out the form in the front, which is basically just copying/pasting and typing in your username. It's first come, first serve, so the first four people to post completed forms are the new guest artists for the week.

Ok, so my JBD is a teen, And I know her horns will start devolping very soon. In how long do they start devolping after you adopt a teen? A month, A year? A week? And do we pick the color and type of the horns or does the artist who created it do it?
