Just a reminder for some of you guys - I can't see blue. xDD So when you post blue or teal text... it's tricky on whether or not you're getting a shade I can see against the forum background. I'm fine with the text being colored, and I don't mind highlighting too much... but let's not have invisible forms. xP

Junsui, I'd say make yours darker, greener, purpler, or even brown (if you want to go with a color theme that matches her)... it's almost blending in with the forums. ^^;

Would a note on the brown's hex code be a good idea for you guys? I know there's a lot of people that like formatting their text to match the character more, which is another reason I wanted to bring up the blue issue. I know I used some sort of blue-green (... I think) for the shading, but I'd still like to be able to read the forms. xD

Aelteth had returned to Ahzen, for a reason even she did not know. The tip of her tail twitched erratically as she slowly made her way deeper into the cavern that most Ahzenai called home, her golden eyes taking everything in, searching for the slightest threat. Jumpy was a good word to describe the Ahzenai as she slowly made her way through her birthplace. Suddenly she paused, one forepaw hovering over the ground. Her golden eyes were pinned on the slowly moving vortex and it seemed she was holding her breath. Instead of getting faster and more vibrant like it normally did, the light of the vortex seemed almost scared. Her ears twitched when the slender forepaw appeared out of the vortex, announcing the arrival of the newest member of the Ahzenai species. When the new female leaped for cover behind Valcyon. Aelteth slowly lowered her paw to the ground, interest spiking. Here was one like her, one who knew the dangers the world could hide from one such as them. Flicking her ear again, the female crept forward, her motions very much like that of a deer. She noticed Valcyon's patient approach with the female and her ears pitched forward even more. It was the same way he'd dealt with her when she'd first appeared. Perhaps Aelteth had finally found someone who could connect with her! She took a step forward, but froze when she noticed the other suitors that were attempting to woo the deer-like Ahzenai. Uncertainty flooded her as she watched, her ears pulling back slightly. What if the flood of suitors frightened the other female to the point that she wouldn't want to talk to anyone else? Shaking off the thought, the blue-gray Ahz crept around the outskirts of the crowd until she reached Valcyon's side. Dipping her head in greeting to him, she turned her attention to Xeusi, making sure not to look her directly in the eyes. I don't want her to attack out of fear. "Uhm...h-hi Xeusi." Her voice was quiet and uncertain as she sat next to Valcyon, almost cowering against him at the sight of the suitors who'd no doubt spotted her by then. Taking a deep breath, the jumpy female continued, "I...I can see that you're a lot like me. You're alert, and aware that the world isn't a safe place. I...I was thinking that maybe you'd think about joining me? We could watch out for danger together. One of us could sleep while the other watches out for danger. Or we could simply travel together. The world is a scary place, but it's also beautiful. We could keep each other safe." As she spoke, her voice grew more confident. However, it never increased in volume, making it obvious that the Ahzenai did not want to draw attention to herself. Finally, Aelteth stopped talking and glanced up quickly at the newest member of her species. Reaching slowly over her shoulder, Aelteth withdrew a large feather that was the same blue-gray that made up most of her body. "If you decide to join me, just hold this feather up. That way, no more unneeded attention will be drawn to me." Still moving very slowly, she laid the feather at Xeusi's paws before turning and quickly making her way back into the safe cover of the trees.

I'm glad you like them, Maddyoll. c: I was hoping she'd be girly/princess-y enough. I made her right after watching Tangled... and used it as a bit of inspiration. xD
